“The superintendent is excellent - by far the best I've ever had. The location is super-convenient (only half a block to the grocery store!) The rent is higher than a lot of places, but it's a great value for everything you get. It's also one of the few truly pet-friendly places downtown - and I've done a lot of looking. The walls are thick concrete, so the apartments are very quiet. There is also a large yard at the back of the building, which is great for dogs.”

-Great location, right between Weldon and downtown -Suites are quite and nice; building is neither nice nor quiet. -Building not very secure, landlords somewhat sketchy -Somewhat overpriced -Great view from higher floors -Some students loved this place while others said they wouldn’t go back -Distance from Weldon, but free underground parking “It was a good deal, I would live there again, only if I had a car however. Very close to the bus, balcony, large windows, hardwood floors, new building”

-Outdoor pool and tennis court - Good location, 20 min walk to Weldon, “Sobeys/Blockbuster/Little Caesar's 3 min walk, 5 min walk to SuperStore, close to downtown and train/bus station. Lots of students in this building -- can be noisy at times depending on who your neighbors are. Staff are very accommodating. A bit expensive for the quality of the building/apartments, however I think the high cost can be attributed to the many conveniences located nearby.”

“Superintendent quick to deal with any problems. Very clean, but older. Quiet. Awesome location right in downtown. Bachelor apts are fairly big. Very close to bus routes. Aliant t.v., internet and home phone (including 5 cent/minute long distance and all features) for $95 minus 5% for Southwest Property residents. Easy to sublet during summers! Say I recommended you when you sign and I get a $100 break on my rent - willing to split! ”
