Japanese companies issue convertible bond on a private allotment basis and Charles Schwab Bank is a sole purchaser of convertible bonds as proprietary positions. There are so many teams to perform various activities before and after a purchase decision is made. These teams primarily focus on Private convertible bonds. These bonds are converted into common shares of the issuer over a period of time; these shares are subsequently disposed in stock markets in America or any other relevant exchanges. They can also be distributed to various investors both domestic and international via secondary sale. Roles & Responsibilities: As a Test Engineer involved in • Prepared and executed testcases.

Involved in functional and GUI testing of the application. Involved in developing Automation Scripts using QTP. Defects were logged in Quality Center using TestDirector.

Description: Allen Lund operates a third party logistics portal at www.alclogistics.com. It offers a software application that provides corporations the ability to manage their transportation expenses. The objective of this project is migration of the application, which is running on Oracle Web Server to a J2EE framework. The existing application which was using PL/SQL stored procedures was migrated to MVC Model was used. JSP were used for presentation and servlets as controller on Oracle 9iAS.
