Abstract: This paper presents a new audio amplifier that imposes voltage on the speakers. The amplifier topology is based on two current sources that modulate the desired voltage waveform on a capacitor, employing two high frequency switches. The capacitor is connected in parallel to the speakers. The operation principle, control circuits, simulation and experimental results are presented. An audio power amplifier (or power amp) is an electronic amplifier that reproduces lowpower electronic audio signals such as the signal from radio receiver or electric guitar pickup at a level that is strong enough for driving (or powering) loudspeakers or headphones. This includes both amplifiers used in home audio systems and musical instrument amplifiers like guitar amplifiers. It is the final electronic stage in a typical audio playback chain before the signal is sent to the loudspeakers and speaker enclosures.

Audio Amplifier: Introduction: An audio power amplifier (or power amp) is an electronic amplifier that reproduces lowpower electronic audio signals such as the signal from radio receiver or electric guitar pickup at a level that is strong enough for driving (or powering) loudspeakers or headphones. This includes both amplifiers used in home audio systems and musical instrument amplifiers like guitar amplifiers. It is the final electronic stage in a typical audio playback chain before the signal is sent to the loudspeakers and speaker enclosures.

Application of Audio Amplifier: Important applications include public address systems, theatrical and concert sound reinforcement systems, and domestic systems such as a stereo or home-theatre system. Instrument amplifiers including guitar amplifiers and electric keyboard amplifiers also use audio power amplifiers. In some cases, the power amplifier for an instrument amplifier is integrated into a single amplifier "head" which contains a preamplifier, tone controls, and electronic effects. These components may be mounted in a wooden speaker cabinet to create a "combo amplifier".

Working Principle of Audio Amplifier: Some types of audio equipment use two separate amplifiers—a pre-amplifier ("pre-amp") and a main amplifier. The pre-amplifier takes the original signal and boosts it to the minimum input level that the main amplifier can handle. The main amplifier then boosts the signal enough to power loudspeakers
Results:
Innovation: We did innovation by designing a pre- amplifier circuit using a transistor 2N2222. A preamplifier circuit enhances our signal power and by using TDA2030 ic our signal is amplified. • While this project was successful in designing and implementing a fully functional Class B audio amplifier there are many additional areas that can be explored to complement the completed more efficient Class D audio amplifier. The focus of this project was to develop an amplifier to drive an 8Ω load. However, a working amplifier is a component that can be used in many different products, from guitar amplifiers to home theater receivers.
Conclusion: This final written review introduces the application of an audio amplifier. We used an amplifier ic TDA2030 and a transistor and give input using an aux cable. By setting a particular frequency using a variable resistor. Our circuit is working properly and amplifies our audio signal.
