Collaborate, Relate and Interface extremely well with top management from Indian industry especially with Indian SMEs, Senior Govt. officials, overseas offices in India and International not-for-profit/ developmental agencies.  Special interest in promoting Technology Exports, in models to promote and accelerate sustainable industrial development within India and economies in transition, and work towards improving living conditions in the world's poorest countries by drawing on its combined global resources and expertise.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Confederation of Indian Industry ● Gurgaon, Haryana ● November 2007–Till Date Executive - Technology & IPR Division ● Project Coordinator & Consultant – Technology Exports Development Organisation (TEDO) Role:  Monitor, manage and oversight the different steps and stages of project execution, take decisions and timely actions to ensure results are achieved.  Coordination, management & promotion of activities related to TEDO. The objective of the project is to build capacity of 120 Indian SMEs in 6 focus sectors i.e. Auto Components, Process Plant & Machinery, Dies & Moulds, Castings & Forgings, IT enabled Engineering Services and Agro & Food processing. This includes assessment of SMEs operations with respect to international business, building suitable business

model and export strategy, ensuring implementation of recommendations, exposure to target International markets (EU) & providing adequate market linkages by supporting their participation in International Trade fairs/ Buyer-Seller Meet.  Submission of required and other project reports (progress, financial, proposals, procurement, etc) for management information, oversight and action.  Conceptualise and execute technology based events & networking platforms to address issues, promoting technology tie-ups and affect Academia-Industry-User linkages. Highlights:  Successfully completed Capability Building activities, building suitable Business Model and Export Strategy of 100 Indian SMEs till date with support of a group of 30 seasoned Independent Consultants spread all across the country.  Collaborated at various stages with internal and external partners and stakeholders to map activities, linkages and coordination of project activities to meet the desired outcomes.  Managed the preparation for Project Committees and Project Management Team Meetings and other designated forums and follow up on all decisions taken to ensure implementation and/or timely action.  Conceptualised & organised an International Training Programme, a joint initiative of CII and UNIDO-ICAMT in association with The Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) on “IPR in Manufacturing & Enhancing Technology Driven Export Competitiveness for Mauritius SMEs”.  Upgrading & creating project’s Market Information system as a guidance & reference web portal for all Indian SMEs for exports across European Countries.  Active in enhancing Membership Engagement role through events & Exchange Platforms like Training Programme, Conferences, Summit, etc.  Currently working on Institutionalisation of TEDO as “CII-Centre of Excellence” based on PPP Mode in close cooperation & support of its current and probable stakeholders.
