To whom it may concern, It saddens me to see a video wherein appears Ms. Kerry Kennedy, the daughter of the late Robert Kennedy and the founder of the RFK center for Justice & Human Rights introducing Aminatou Haidar and presenting her with the RFK HR Award. Your decision to award this lady this prize is a real offence to all human rights activits in Morocco and neighbouring countries as the awardee has never been a human rights activist or serves for the protection and the promotion of human rights in her country. I am wondering what were the criteria that you based on your choice to Ms.Aminatou Haidar; is she really a leading human rights defender? what are her contributions in the promotion of human rights or the situation of human beings in her region? I am still wondering how would you account for your choice to leading human rights defendres such as Latifa Jbabdi and Fatna El bih from Morocco, Fatma KSILA and Samia ABBOU from Tunisia, Hassiba Boumerdessi from Algeria, Nawal Saadawi from Egypt; and the list is open of ladies who had undergone all sorts of abduction, torture and disappearance;and who humbly work for the sake of protection and promotion of human rights and not for the hegemony of one tribe or one race over the other. I am so sorry to inform that you put the reputation of your center under question as Ms.Aminatou Haidar is a leading pro-apartheid among the sahraoui tribes and particularly those who refuse the polisario doctrine. Supposing that Ms.Aminatou Haidar is a human rights defender why she never reacts against the continuous violations of human rights in Tindouf camps,ie the abduction of sahraoui children to be brainwashed in Cuba nor she reacts against the imprisonment of the moroccan pows, some of whom had been held for up to 28 years. I bring to your attention that the awardee has never reacted against any kind of human rights violations in laayoune district apart from leading the riots funded by the polisario front for political purposes; and I want to see the face of those who elected her to be awardee to see her distributing polisario money to motivate youths to participate in rioting. With a modest filed work of research from your side, you will notice that you

fell victim of propaganda funded by algeria and south africa and I hope that your center will not commit the mistake of france libertés and face the peril of losing credibility. As you know the goal of your center is to ensure the protection of rights codified under the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights; however, your acts display that you are not to achieve that goal and the uncontroverted evidence is what happened during the ceremony when the Polisario representative in Washington offended and humiliated

moroccan attendance and hence violating the articles of U.N.

Declaration of Human Rights, (I refer you to articles:1,2,3,6,7,19), before your eyes without any reaction from your side. What saddens me really is Ms. Kerry Kennedy' enthusiasm for Ms.Aminatou Haidar profile and by doing so she betrays the souls of both the late president John F. Kennedy and his brother the late Robert Kennedy. When they permitted an armed and trained band of Cuban exiles to invade their homeland trying to overthrow the regime of Fidel Castro ; the poor men did not know that in 2008 a pro Fidel Castro would be awarded RFK HR Award that holds their family name. For the above-mentioned matters, you owe all human rights activits in morocco and neighbouring countries an apology to redress the injustice committed towards their humble work through ridiculing it.

Sincerely, Mr. Harrouchi Bouchaib
