9Fates - The 3rd Path 9Fates is a community of similar minded members. There are no restrictive rules within 9Fates and yet a bounding as usually only found between alliances.

Members Structure Setup: 2 spokemen Council Members Honorary members Area of Spokemen: Direct diplomacy Official representates Channel and member management Organisation of tool management Must not be a monarch Must be official kingdom representate Must be a long time member Must be accepted by monarchs Has NO decisive right over the alliance Must report to the council Definition of Council: Council consists of Monarchs and official Kingdom representates only. Maximum two per kingdom. Council members must be able to decide on behalf of kingdoms and must be reachable. Has access to the private Council channel (#9Fates). Further areas of responsibility: Webmasters Treasurer Contact persons Definition of Treasurer: Keeps track of the most valuable ressources 9Fates has: the kingdoms and the members. Must be council member. Must not be monarch. Can be spokesman. Upkeeps also logs of meetings. Definition of contact person: Member with the history and connection to a �close� alliance who is to upkeep good relations suiting the purpose of 9Fates. Must be agreed on by the council Member requirements: Must be member of a 9Fates kingdom Must not be member of any other alliance Gains access to the �public member channel� (as in #fates) Must be reachable and irc capable Definition of Honorary member: Long term member that left or lost his 9Fates kingdom. Can be to found and build new kingdoms. Must be accepted by Council. Must be considered as loyal to 9Fates. Kingdoms

9Fates kingdoms must be capable to perform on a certain level and must be capable to hit certain requirements. Main comparison will be KCF coefficient which will be defined as: KCF

Any kingdom must be able to hit a KCF coefficient of 15 at end of age A kingdom not hitting a KCF coefficient of 15 will be degraded to observation member An obervation member hitting a coefficient of 15 will graduate to full member Definition of observation member: At the end of each age the council will decide wether the observation member will be kept within 9Fates The observation member�s representates are excluded from votes concerning their kingdom Observation members will not be counted as member in official statistics (ep: alliance rankings) Further kingdom requriements: Must be reachable in irc Must have at least 5 members in public and public member channel on IRC There is no tag duty Rules and Restriction for kingdoms: There are no rules or restrictions for kingdoms concerning their style, setup, targets, warring habits with one exception: No 9Fates kingdom is allowed to engage another 9Fates kingdom in hostile manner without both sides agreeing on it before the incident. Following the Friendship Principle Definition of Friendship Principle: Basing on the freedom 9Fates grants their members and kingdoms each kingdom is free to help out a fellow 9Fates member/kingdom in any situation they consider as worth getting involved. The actions must be reported to the council and might be decided upon after or during handling the affair. This setup is due to fast help and improving the internal relations. The friendship principle does only occur on kingdom base - should an incident require full 9Fates attention the council must decide in poll wether to move the alliance into war status.
