About Paro...  Robot

seal that can be as a pet  Acts like a baby seal (Even sound)  Could know it’s emotion  Famous, because it could be treated like pets

Facts about Paro  Made

several years ago  Costs about $5000(way more than you will thought)  Made in Japan first, then it’s famous all around the world  Everyone treats Paro as a pet seal (not real seal), because it really acts like a pet seal

Special things of Paro  Could

recognize it’s name  Has six kinds of sensor  Could recognize dark, light, temperature, how you touch (softly and hardly), etc

is like this seal....  Unfortunately, I don’t know what is that seal is. Sorry!

Conclusion  To

me, this pet robot is cool, because it’s almost acts 100% as a baby seal.  If you like seals, I recommend to have it (it’s expensive, though).  You don’t have anything to take care of, like furs or anything.......





Does it sells somewhere? Yes, search it in a Internet. How did Paro got it’s name? There are two reasons. Paro is a personal robot. A part ‘Pa’ is easy to remember. Can I make my own name? Yes, if you call that name over and over again, it will start to recognize it’s new name. (like learning)
