Recipe: Ozlem Mesta
Raisin Bundt Cake Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 cup butter 3 cups sugar 2 cups milk or yogurt 2 teaspoons baking powder Flour – 2-2½ cups (as needed) 2 cups raisins Procedure: Beat the eggs and add butter, sugar, yogurt into it. Make sure that the ingredients are not cold. Stir it until sugar is completely melted. In a separate container, mix flour with baking powder and then add it to the other ingredients. Use a mixer to mix everything well. At the end, add the raisins and stir it one more time. Heat oven to 400oF and bake the cake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350oF and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Author Introduction:
