During this period you will learn the Rank Structure of Officers and NCMs of the Canadian Army.

WHY:

It is extremely important to be able to indentify Officers and NCMs throughout your Cadet Career.

WHERE:

You will be able to apply this to everyday situations within cadets.

Test:

At the end of this lecture you will have a verbal test on the different ranks.

STAGE 1:

NCM RANK BADGES

General: In the Army Cadet Program, or just in the Army, you can advance in ranks by the NCM ranking system. As a cadet it is important to be able to indentify each.

Junior Ranks: Are referred to as Junior Non-Commissioned Members (NCM’s). They include:

Senior Ranks: Are referred to as Senior NCM’s. They include: a.
