At the moment a written purchase offer with verification of proof of funds is necessary, to start negotiations, Seller reserves the right to make a Buyer's credentials verification as part of the purchase process. Upon purchase acceptance and after celebrating a promissory purchase contract a 20% deposit at escrow is required. The buyer has to be aware that the sale of the hotel chain does not include the operation rights and revenues of the Club Real Vacation Club, which is a timeshare only independently operated on the side of the hotel ; the owner will reserve the rights of dominion and operation at a 100%.
