Procedure

1. Patients come to the operating room of a transmitter with a complete file including transfer sheets, informed consent measures, the equipment required for the action, drugs that will be used to measure and chest X-ray / CT scan with contrast Xray and medical record file. 2. Patients were escorted by at least 1 nurses. 3. Operating room nurse will examine the completeness of the file and fill out and sign the transfer sheet. 4. Patient moves or is moved in the bed which is provided in the operating room. 5. The patient goes through the patient and transit to change clothes and wear the head cap. 6. The patient is then pushed into the operating theater and the appropriate operating table occupies the position of actions to be taken 7. Officers will install monitors vital signs

Prosedur

1. Pasien datang ke ruang operasi dari unit pengirim dengan kelengkapan berkas antara lain lembar transfer, informed consent tindakan, peralatan yang diperlukan untuk tindakan, obat-obatan yang akan digunakan untuk tindakan dan foto toraks/CT scan toraks dengan kontras serta berkas rekam medis. 2. Pasien diantar oleh minimal 1 orang perawat. 3. Perawat di ruang operasi akan meneliti kelengkapan berkas dan mengisi serta menandatangani lembar transfer. 4. Pasien berpindah atau dipindah di bed yang disediakan di ruang operasi. 5. Pasien masuk melalui pintu pasien dan transit untuk berganti baju dan memakai head cap. 6. Pasien kemudian didorong masuk ruang operasi dan menempati meja operasi sesuai posisi tindakan yang akan dilakukan 7. Petugas akan memasang alat pemantau tanda vital
