Submission & Presentation 

The Final Paper must be submitted only in IEEE Two Column Format electronically at sparks. electr omania 2k9@gm ail.co m with subject "SPARKS – Final Paper Submission" along with the hard copy of the same before the last date i.e. Sep 12, 2009 by 09:00 A.M. Follow Strict "Submission Deadlines."



The Final Paper must contain these :  Abstract  Problem definition  Solution of the problem defined  Results and discussion  Practical application  Summary



Teams selected on the basis of the first round will have to give their presentation between SEP 12 - 13, 2009 as per their slots alloted on the basis of which there will be selection for final round .



For

this

round

the

participants

will

have

to

give

their

presentation in Macromedia Flash 8.0 / Microsoft PowerPoint.

Only picture clippings and graphs may be used. Recorded dialogues or movie clippings are not allowed.



Computer for presentation will be provided by us.



The teams will get 9 minutes to present their idea. They will then have 1 minute to wind up. This will be followed by a question and answer session of 3 minutes duration. 15% marks will be deducted for every minute exceeded after 10 minutes.



The result of 2nd round will be out by SEP 14, 20009 by 12:00 Midnight.


