July 27, 2018 the 2nd Research Municipal congress was held in Kabacan National High School, on that day there are poster presentation category, Oral presentation, pananaliksik for grade 11 students, poster presentation and SIP of the grade 12 students of humss 2. Before the start of the program the student of Grade 12 students under humanities and social sciences Xulpikar Sawa lead the prayer it was followed by the singing of the National anthem which is conducted by Ma’am Jaypee M. Mangorsi the adviser of the grade 12 students humss 2. After the singing of the National anthem the master of ceremony sir Brex Byan Nicolas and Rowena B. Amaca read the rationale of the board of judges which came different schools. after the judges will be presented with the contest all participants in the competition will be sent to their respective specific conferences of their presentations. all participants in the competition have their entries which will be the basis of the judges for their points. when the competition starts and everyone is prepared for the questions of the judges to be optimistic if the calm of the committee is ready to give any questions to us. while on the other hand, certain participants in the competition are in the process of striving to compete for the first place in the competition but can not be defeated and defeated. The judges conducted a variety of subjects in different categories as the result was ready and the same day the certificate was issued to students who were lucky to get their research into. however, the SIP is in the first place by Kabacan National High School students Xulpikar Sawa, Romell Vega, and Ray Untalan. while the first presentation of Ebrahim Norhaya and Shery Bibat was first in place. In the poster category, Marissa antao took the first place and secondly the research of Biale mayzylle of humss 2 and abdulkarim Norhain in the category. while in the study of grade 11 students stem students got the first place up to the third place. at the end of the contest the head of Kabacan National High Schoo ma'am Doracas Conzuelo Revaula give her closing remarks for those who are belonged to the said competition. Some students in other schools such as the Notere Dame of Kabacan Incorporated have also received several certificates and other schools participating in the 2nd research Municipal congress. Everyone was happy even for them to do what they could to make their study a good way.

On the other hand, the student's activities have become even more secure. everyone is happy because they have demonstrated their ability to adapt to higher levels of education. At the end of the competition some participants took part in the exhibition to get their certificates safely distributed to them, at the end of the event the research coordinator of the Kabacan National High School Ojdric. Licaros congratulate those students who are win on the said competition.
