THE WITNESS: If you ask me whether such wordings had been made, my answer will be "I don't know." It is my understanding that due to the agreement that Rambus entered into with Infineon -according to 2000 agreement, and until the expiration date of that 2000 agreement, Rambus, as well as Samsung also, made its best good-faith to cooperate for a renewal negotiation. And Samsung had no thought about delaying it at all.
