INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Using 5 resources linked to leadership, you are to write a reflective essay on leadership, turning theory into practice. 2. Your essay must include: •
a brief summary or abstract of each of the resources you have used;

a synthesis of the conclusions you have drawn from your own interpretation of these resources, and
•
a description of the future actions you propose regarding leadership and how they emanate from the resources you have read.
•
The essay’s length is not to exceed 3,000 words, presented professionally in 12 font Arial, 1.5 spacing using correct spelling and syntax.

A 10% penalty if the essay does not meet the presentation requirements.
