21st Century Leadership Drivers ‘‘We live in a world economy, a world market, and a world community. That does not mean that we must lose our national identity. But it does mean that if we are to succeed we will have to think, act and perceive events and issues from a global perspective. Otherwise we will be unprepared to function and progress in the challenging years ahead.’’ The 21 century is an era of unprecedented transition. There is great change and upheaval, as well as great opportunities. The future holds enormous promise for those who are ready, willing and able to embrace and maximize the three global transformational leadership drivers. st
