Dear Friends, On behalf of the NEST+m PTA, we ask you to help us support our wonderful school—the only NYC public school for talented and gifted K-12th grade students on the Lower East Side. We will be hosting our Eighth Annual PTA Gala & Auction on May 6, 2009, at Bridgewaters at South Street Seaport. The proceeds from this event, the PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year, will be used to directly benefit our students and faculty by raising funds to cover the DOE budget cuts. With your help, we can realize this goal! We urge you to help us by making a tax-deductible donation to our Gala. We know the economy is impacting everyone so it may not be as easy to give, but that’s what makes your donation even more important this year. We urge you to help us. Our NEST+m families will thank you by shopping at your stores, eating in your restaurants and visiting your businesses.

The NEST+m PTA is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID # 41-2225124), and all donations to the Gala are tax deductible as provided by law. All donors who contribute by April 3, 2009, will have their name listed in our Gala catalogue and on our website. Your support is deeply appreciated and instrumental to our success.
