INCENTIVE POLICY FOR PRODUCTION EMPLOYEES

Version 2.0 May 1, 2009

1) Eligibility: All grades are not eligible for incentives. Only certain grades will be eligible for incentives. This will be clearly specified in your appointment/target letter sent to you. Incentives will be paid on over achieving the targets. 2) Targets: Targets will be based on equated points achieved. These points will be accumulated based on various mode of production e.g. Indirect line, direct line etc. The equated points table will be as follows:-

Line MT MT+ MT B QA QAB QABSE

Description Indirect Line Direct Line Direct Line sent for blank busting Verified Line Line busted for blanks Verified Line sent for blank busting

Equated Points 1.0 1.75 1.50 1.0 0.5 0.5

Your target points will be fixed on a Daily Target basis. This will be communicated through your appointment/ target letter.

2) Calculation of Incentives Incentives will start kicking in for every additional equated point you have exceeded over your monthly target. Your Monthly Target is calculated as: Monthly Target=Daily Target X (No of Calendar Days in the month-Weekly offs) Example: If your Daily Target is 1000 points and your weekly off is Sunday then your monthly target for May 09 is calculated as follows:Monthly Target=Daily Target (1000) X {No of Days in May (31)-No of Sundays in May(5)} Therefore Monthly Target for May is 26,000 points. Therefore your incentives will start with every additional equated point you exceed after 26,000 in May. You will be paid Rs 0.75 per additional equated point over the target.

3) Payment cycle for Incentives: Incentives will be paid 1 month in arrears, for e.g. May incentives will be paid along with June salary (which is credited in the first week of July).

4) Deduction of Incentives: Incentives will be deducted if the quality of the files uploaded does not meet the quality standards of E-Dictate. PPQA Deductions: Incentives will be deducted based on the Incentive factor. Incentive factor will be based on the PPQA audit for the month .The total incentives eligible will be multiplied by the incentive factor below:EPTL >0<10 >10<20 >20

Incentive Factor 1.0 0.5 0.0

Note: The above measurement of quality is based on E-Dictate standards of measurement. This can vary in case the customer suggests his own measurement. In such cases the customer’s quality measurement will apply and the same will be communicated to the concern team.

5) Non Achievement of Targets: Target achievement will be closely monitored. If it is found that an employee is showing no sign of improvement compensation will be re calibrated in line with the achievement. This decision will be sole discretion of management.
