NOTIFICATION (Customs) S.R.O.1073 (I)/2008.–– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3DD and 4 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), read with clause (b) of section 2 thereof, and section 30E of Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with section 30DD thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the officers of Post-Clearance Audit specified in column (2) of the Table below to be the officers of Customs and to exercise the powers and discharge duties of the officers of Customs, and as the case may be, assign them the functions of the appropriate officer as specified in Column (3) of the said Table, namely:–
