For free tax preparation, CALL (215) 227-7111 to make an appointment. On the day of your appointment, please bring:  All of your tax forms (W-2s, 1099s, etc.)  Your social security card and your spouse’s and children’s cards  A valid picture identification for you (and your spouse)  If you want to receive your refund by direct deposit, please bring a voided check  If you are married, you must come with your spouse.  Info about college tuition payments (Form 1098)  Childcare expenses, including the name, address and SS# or EIN# of the childcare provider  Copy of your Federal Tax Return from last year (if you have it) and the amount of the stimulus check you received (notice 1378, if you have it)
