CPG NOTEBOOKS – [14 notebooks maximum (one per commission) can be submitted, 20 pts. per notebook, maximum 280 pts. for year)] For each CPG notebook submitted to state judging with chapter having the required number of judges at judging. CHAPTER VISITATIONS (excludes State events) – (10 pts. per visitation, max. 30 pts. per quarter) Having two (2) Jaycee chapter members visit another chapter. Credit will be given for one visitation per location, per event. Verified by submission of visitation sign-in sheet with visiting chapter officer signature.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS HELD – 50 pts per month L. MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS HELD– 25 pts per month II. INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT AREA OF OPPORTUNITY A. COMPETITORS* – (25 pts.) For each quarterly individual competitor, mid-year competitor and year-end competitor at the appointed State Board Meeting or National competition. B. STATE BOARD MEETING ATTENDANCE*– (50 pts. per attendee) Points awarded for each fully registered member in attendance at Quarterly State Board Meetings. Partial registration will be 10 points. C. BOARD MEETING TRAINING SESSIONS* – (25 pts.) Per forum attended by chapter members. D. LOTS* – (50 pts.) Points awarded for each chapter member attending (max 200 pts). E. STATE MID-YEAR REVIEW IN JULY – (50 pts) Attendance by chapter representative (max 50 pts). F. DUES** – (25 pts per month) If submitted on time with valid payment by 10th of each month G. MONTHLY GROWTH** - 30 points awarded for each month at growth. H. REGULAR EXTENSIONS – Recruit a member for a local chapter extension, which gets extended by the PA Jaycees – 4 points per member recruited (core team members not counted) I. GROWTH BONUS POINTS (Year End Only) – 100 Points awarded at the year end if chapter achieves year to date growth. J. LOCAL PRESIDENT’S SUMMIT (LPS) ATTENDANCE – (150 pts.) Points will be awarded for submission of application to attend National Local President’s Summit 2008. Submission Deadline 12/1/07. K. LOCAL MEMBER TRAINING (Max 30pts per quarter) Host local training event or program. Verify with copy of sign in sheet and agenda. *

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AREA OF OPPORTUNITY A. LOCAL CHARITY DONATIONS – (10 pt. for every $100.00 raised, max. 50 pts per quarter. Points given for donations made to local charity funds. Verification by copies of cancelled checks. B. PA JAYCEE EDUCATION FOUNDATION – (250 pts. max.) Points awarded – 1 point per $5 raised. Funds raised must be received by the State to verify or provide a copy of the cancelled check. C. HOBY (HUGH O’BRIEN YOUTH FOUNDATION) – (25 pts, 100 max) For each student sponsored. D. AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY – (50 pts.) Participate in Relay for Life or donate at least $100 to the American Cancer Society. Funds must be received by the State Program Manager or provide a copy of cancelled check to verify. E. GOVERNMENTAL INVOLVEMENT PROJECT – Attend a local government meeting-minimum two members (10 pts per meeting, max 30 pts per quarter) Host a Meet the Candidates or Get Out the Vote event-25 pts. Verification by submission of signin sheet and Agenda. F. ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT – (25 pts, max 50 pts per quarter) Run a local environmental project in your community. Verification by submission of sign-in sheet G. COMMUNITY PROJECTS – (25 pts, max 200 pts per quarter) Local community projects that aren’t included in any other section of Certifications. Verification by submission of sign-in sheet. H. OUTSTANDING YOUNG PENNSYLVANIAN/OUTSTANDING YOUNG FARMER (OYP/OYF) – (50 pts. per submission, 100 pts. max.) Points awarded for submission of nominee for either OYP or OYF. Nominee to be certified by sending complete application along with filing fee by published deadline. I. JAYCEE WEEK PARTICIPATION – (100 pts. per project or program, 200 pts. max) Chapter must conduct projects or programs in conjunction with Jaycee Week, January 15-21, 2006.
