Thermal Comfort Housing, an energy efficient technology for all climates, has been pioneered and developed over 16 years at UPM by Mohd Peter Davis, now a Visiting Scientist attached to UPM’s Institute of Advanced Technology (ITMA).
Honeycomb Housing, an environmentally friendly alternative to terrace housing, is an 18 month old invention by Kuala Lumpur Architect Mazlin Ghazali, UPM’s close collaborator for many years.
Honeycomb Towns & Cities, bringing the beauty and diversity of nature back into our daily lives, can now be designed and built by Malaysian companies using industrialised building systems for the estimated 500 million modern dwelling needed to help eliminate poverty in other developing countries.
