Note: Isn't it bad to greet people with the word "Hell" in the word that is most commonly used and the word "good" in the popular compound word used at the end of a meeting? Here in Germany, I am thankful that I get to use different words for those purposes. Why I am changing my greeting to other Christians Note: During a discussion in my home Bible study, we were discussing 1 Peter 1:2. The facilitator asked why “be multiplied” follow “Grace unto you, and peace”. Then I remembered that “grace” and “peace” are found in one verse in most of the Epistles. They are not found together in any of the Gospels or the Old Testament. Since most of these “grace” and “peace” verses are greetings by the Apostle epistle writers, should we do greeting similarly? From now on, I will try to do such in communicating with Christians, in church, in public, and in the Internet. And notice Who the grace and peace are from. The following verses are from the King James Version Bible. Now look at the search results: Romans 1:7, Romans 16:20, 1 Corinthians 1:3, 2 Corinthians 1:2, Galatians 1:3, Ephesians 1:2, Philippians 1:2, Colossians 1:2, 1 Thessalonians 1:1, 2 Thessalonians 1:2, 1 Timothy 1:2, 2 Timothy 1:2, Titus 1:4, Philemon 1:3, 1 Peter 1:2, 2 Peter 1:2, 2 John 1:3, Revelation 1:4. Also read Ephesians 2, Romans 5, Romans 14:17, Philippians 4:5-6. How do the chapters verses relate to the divine grace and peace indicated above?
