GENERAL NOTICE ADMISSION TO CLASS XI (2018 – 2019) ST. XAVIER’S SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL, DORANDA, RANCHI - 2 {Affiliated to Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi} ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE from the date of the publication of the Board Results. ELIGIBILITY for obtaining the Application Form:  Average 70% and above in English, Science and Mathematics in ICSE Board Examinations FOR SCIENCE STREAM.  Average 65% and above in English, Science and Mathematics in ICSE Board Examinations FOR COMMERCE STREAM  CGPA 9.5 and above in CBSE and other Boards. DIRECT ADMISSION: SCIENCE STREAM:  Students who score 90 % and above (English, Science + best 3 subjects) in ICSE Board Examination may take direct admissions.  They may obtain the application form from the School Office. A hard copy of the same must be submitted along with the photocopies of mark Sheet duly attested by the Principal along with School Leaving Certificate (Original), and photo copies of Character Certificate, Registration Card, Provisional and Migration Certificates. COMMERCE STREAM:  Students who score 80 % and above (English, Mathematics + best 3 subjects) in ICSE Board Examination may take direct admissions.  They may obtain the application form from the School Office. A hard copy of the same must be submitted along with the photocopies of mark Sheet duly attested by the Principal along with School Leaving Certificate (Original), and photo copies of Character Certificate, Registration Card, Provisional and Migration Certificates. SYLLABUS:  Common syllabus (ISC & CBSE) is followed in Class XI & XII. It means that all Competitive Examinations after class XII are based on the Common Syllabus.

HOSTEL:  The School is outsourcing the Hostel facilities for boys of class XI and XII. There are only 42 seats available. The Students may obtain more information regarding from the school office. ISC SCIENCE: -

Deposit Rs. 1000/- at the time of submitting the form.  First list of the selected candidates: - 03 June 2018  Dates of Admissions: - 04 June – 08 June 2018.  Selection of the students would be made on merit basis in general.
