26,000 square foot building houses an advertising agency- The new building was designed to complement and connect to an existing structure immediately to the north. Great attention was paid to the entry sequence and efficient circulation through the two buildings. A dramatic atrium space creates a positive design feature from the level changes required to move from one building to another. The vertically proportioned, sun-lit space provides a central focus and a place for unstructured meetings.
