Re-scheduling of21 days In-service Course duration.
Madam/Sir, In continuation to this office letter of even No. dated 28.08.2009 and 30.9.2009, I would like to infonn that consequent upon ratification of Academic Advisory Committee' recommendation by BOG, we have to arrange the 2nd spell of training programme of! 0 day within three -six months. Accordingly, all those teachers who have attended 12 days Training Programme during Summer vacation 2009 conducted in your region at various venues (other than those conducted by ZIETs) are required to attend the 2nd spell of Training Programme. You are, therefore, requested to arrange to conduct the courses during winter break 2009. The courses may be conducted at the same venues and under the same Directors as far as possible. In case the change of venue and/or Director is proposed due to some compelling reasons, prior approval of the competent authority may be obtained and participants may be infolmed accordingly. Any teacher who has already attended the 1st spell of the course in other Region and has been transferred and joined in your Region may be allowed to attend the course at the nearest venue ofhis/her present place of posting. The details of venues and courses are already available with you. The approved expenditure estimate for conducting 10 day programme will be intimated to you in due course of time.
