General Objectives: At the end of the training period, it is anticipated that: 1. The trainee have applied in the host industry the academic theories and work values acquired from the academe, 2. The trainee have fully accomplished the requirements of their training program as instructed by the school and the cooperating industry, 3. The trainee have increased their knowledge in their field of specialization with the help of the cooperating industry, 4. The trainee were exposed to majority, if not all suggested training targets specified in the In-Plant Training Guide written below, 5. The trainee have acquired sufficient exposure to the actual work environment. 6.
