Descrizione/Description Field Measure: The surface of the main charger roller might be uneven if the shaft of the main charger roller is corroded in high temperature and high humidity environments. Also, the electrical charges are uneven on the drum. As a result, the abnormal image (white or black spots) might appear. If the above phenomenon occurs, it must be caused by the main charger roller. Please replace the main charger unit individually.

Execute the following measures when the phenomenon occurs. The layer of the adhesive between the main charger roller and the shaft is changed to prevent the shaft from corroding.(Refer to the following pages for the serial numbers.)

These abnormal images caused by the main charger roller may differ depending by the humidity. ・White spots: They are easy to appear at the high humidity environment. ・Black spots: They are easy to appear at the low humidity environment. 1/2 Modulo IO-TIB-A (Liv.06)
