1. Function
“Contact Us” is a very simple module. It provides a Main Menu link to a contact form that visitors can use to email the website Administrator.
2. Install/uninstall No special measures necessary, follow the standard installation process – extract the “contact” folder into the ../modules directory. Install the module through Admin -> System Module -> Modules. Detailed instructions on installing modules are available in the XOOPS Operations Manual
3. Operating instructions / administration There is no administration menu for this module. The only item that can be configured is the destination of emails generated by the “Contact Us” form. This is the ‘Admin mail address’ for the website as set in Administration -> System -> Preferences -> General Preferences.
4. The user side Users access the Contact Us form via a link in the main menu. They simply type their message into the “comments” section of the form and press the “submit” button to post it. If they are logged in the form will automatically be filled in with the contact details listed in their profile (anonymous users must enter their details manually).

5. Blocks There are no blocks for this module.
6. Templates There is only one template available for this module, contact_contactusform.html which displays the “Contact Us” form. The template may be edited through Admin -> System -> Templates -> Contact Us.
