Job description [pdf, 22 KB] 28 Aug 2008 WWF, the global conservation organization, seeks a Corporate Engagement Manager for the Heart of Borneo Network Initiative to lead development and implementation of transformative relationships with select companies from the timber, pulp and paper, oil palm and mining industries. The Corporate Engagement Manager will work closely with colleagues from the region and internationally to generate major commitments to minimize ecological footprint of select companies through implementation of responsible and best management practices within the Heart of Borneo. Basic Requirements: A Master’s degree in natural resource management, corporate social responsibility or related field required. Private sector experience and a Masters of Business Administration degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship and extractive industry experience is required. The ideal candidate will have strong program development, marketing, strategic planning, organizational development, and analytical/problem-solving skills skills, and a high degree of initiative and flexibility to accommodate deadlines and constantly changing priorities.
