How effective is WRL leadership across the whole school in bringing about co-ordination between WRL and the rest of the curriculum? Is the WRL programme effectively integrated with the rest of the curriculum? Do the procedures for monitoring WRL lead to continuous improvement in the quality of provision? How clear is staff understanding as to what WRL is and how it contributes to pupil achievement?
