Learn the colour wheel, psychology of colour- how it effects us individually & the latest trends in wall coverings, décor accessories and furniture as well as compiling a mood board. Receive a guide that will help you in creating that ideal interior in your home. You may even bring in a picture of the interior space you are wanting to change and we will guide you on your way to that new look you are after! Join us for our some fun and take home with you the confidence to start decorating!
Décor
A certificate is presented when you complete the workshop. Dates: Sat 30 Jan(day 1), Sat 06 Feb (day 2) Wed 10 Feb (day 1), Wed 17 Feb (day 2) Times: 9.00-1pm Cost: R600 Refreshments, snacks and course materials supplied.
Two-day paint technique workshop
Design
-Colour washing- Dragging - Aged stone/frottage -Organza parchment -Pavillion stripe -Stucco-Weathered/aged leather. -Basic principles and safety measures -Surface preparations-Staining-Liming-Dragging -Antiquing-Peeling / Chipping-Leather finish-Weathered look-Varnishing A certificate is presented when you complete the workshop.
Dates: Tues 02 March and Wed 03 March / Sat 20 March (wall finishes) & Sat 27 March (furniture finishes)
Times: 9.00-1pm workshops
Cost: R400 / day Refreshments, snacks and course materials supplied.
