WORKING EXPERIENCE As a counter receptionist, my works is to take call, register and room booking. This experience enable me to develop my communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, I learnt to be more responsible and accurate. I currently work as a student affair officer in Kolej Kejururawatan Pusrawi, Kuala Lumpur since January 2003. It has been really a great experience. My job gives me a good opportunity to develop the communication techniques I already have and to reveal the ones I never knew about.
