CP will under its account open a separate account specially for this project. Any two of five can sign for the financial transaction. The five signatories are George Cautherley, Ronny Tong, Margaret, Yeung Sum and Cheung Man Kwong. The treasurer of the working group is George Cautherley. 2. Campaign budget

The budget is set to be around $3M, with budget for campaign brochure (items 1 and 2) reduced, District Levels Forums reduced to 10 and expense should be reserved for advertisement (item 11). 3. Fund-raising
