I, Ms. Zam Magadan, y Duterte, 21 years old, a residence of Purok 3, Dalama, Tubod, Lanao del Norte, Philippines, hereby voluntarily submit myself as witness against the complaint of the alleged rape victim Ms. Valentina Pallo.

I am a businesswoman, graduate in Commerce major in management, owner of Duterte Mini Store located at Tubod, Lanao del Norte Public Market.

I am a neighbor of the alleged victim Ms. Valentina Pallo and also a friend of the accused Mr. Pedro Taplak, y Montiveros.

That on the same day November 5, 2018 at 9 o’clock in the morning while I am about to gather woods 10 meters away from Mahogany Tree, I saw Ms. Valentina Pallo and Mr. Rodrigo Trump both naked and having a sexual act at the ground under the Mahogany Tree.

That being a good friend of the accused Mr. Pedro Taplak, y Montiveros who happens to be the fiancé of the complainant I silently decided to record the sexual act of Ms. Pallo and Mr. Trump in my personal Nokia Cellphone Video Camera.

That, the video lasted less than one (1) hour until the two (complainant and Mr. Trump) parted each other.

That, I am willing to give the copy of the video as evidence contrary to the Allegations of the complainant Ms. Valentina Pallo against the accused (Mr. Pedro Taplak, y Montiveros).

That, I am also willing to testify that on the following day, November 6, 2018 Around 11 o’clock in the morning, Mr. Rodrigo Trump bought woods in our mini store and while I handed the woods, he flirted and I asked him to stop joking since I knew that he and Ms. Pallo having an intimate relationship.

That, after hearing what I said he just laugh and told me that Pallo was in need of money to save their land from a loan delinquency and added that Ms. Valentina Pallo was only after the wealth of his fiancé Mr. Pedro Taplak, y Montiveros.

That conversation was also recorded at the CCTV which we make a copy for exhibit.
