When was the last time you have done notably something all by yourself (consider even minute help in say proofreading)? If you ask me, I'd say it’s been ages. So is with many of us. In a cut throat competitive world, in order to sustain, one needs to be exclusive and exhaustive in one’s approach. To gain these varied perspectives, one needs diversify one’s ideas and thoughts that fill the gaps in other’s approach. Also, it’s hard for a person to be a jack of all and be a perfectionist. Even though someone tries becoming so, subjected to the constraints in the real world, it’s foolish not to delegate the task to others and do all by oneself. I think it’s the economies of scope that comes in to foreplay here stating varied persons with distinctive qualities yields higher output by integrating each other’s ideas and supporting them.
