1. Web Telco System Software Info Web Telco Software is a Proto-Type model based on the Conceptual business model of Telecommunications service providers, which suits any type of small/Large scale telecommunications service providers serving products like • • • • • •

This Application suits and can be customized depending on the requirement of the individual business model of those service providers company around the world. WEB TELCO SYSTEM encapsulates the following modules, which constitute the basis for the business of Telecommunication service provider. This application is the replacement software for the following module, which in presence situation the each Telco providers have to invest in the following modules individually to run the day-today business activity. In order to develop and deploy the following module would cost millions of dollars; where as the WEB TELCO SYSTEM provides most of the functionality as a package of one. This suits any type of Telco service providers in the world. The cost of investing in this software is just only 20% of the over all cost of existing different type of software. Most of all, this software uses “single entity object” (OrderID) which flows through out the application modules to track down the nature of the ORDERID at any point of time, which help the management come to a decision on that specific ordered.
1.1Advantages Enquiry (CRM): In most of the companies have different software’s like SIEBEL/or CUSTOM third party application to take care of the daily customer enquiry or Help desk type of services and in-turn transform those data for the sales order processing, where as WEB TELCO SYSTEM includes that as the part of the Proto-type model, which suits and replaces the software which they are using currently. This proto-type model also provides the follow-up measures techniques, which increase the productivity of company in converting the slow moving Enquiry into a successful Sales Order for further processing. This followup measures are most important part of the daily manual process by the employee of a company to maintain the target of sales by each employees, where as the Telco system provides the part of the software. To implement this functionality in any company would cost more manual interventions, time and money to turn up the slow moving Orders to a real Sales order for the business growth.

Sales Order (ERP): In most of the companies uses /or have different ERP packages to work around this scenario of sales order processing. Which costs more in implementing the specific module from third party ERP package. Where as WEB TELCO SYSTEM provides that as a part of the application. The output of the Enquiry module is the input for this sale order processing and also the intermediate module for the enquiry and also the work-order processing module. Work Order (ERP/Custom): In most of the companies uses/or have customized application to establish a scenario of Work-order processing, where as WEB TELCO SYSTEM provides that as the part of the software model and gathers the input information of the sales order processing for further processing. In this module the real time hardware/and software implementation process tracking is considered to get the ASR (Access service request) to work for the customer. This module helps the IP Engineers, Telco technicians and other technical worker to transform the ASR (Access Service Request) into the real time two-point service for the customers. This module also reveals the real world N number of physical connection required to implement the two-point service request for a customer and also help the Technicians to update the day-today activity of service connections required for the ASR. This Updated information by the technicians helps the High and Middle level management to decide on the companies inventory requirement, lease connection requirement to complete the process of ASR to the stage of Billing. This module considered those types of physical connections required for the ASR is called “TRUNK” and further classifies that into on-site/or off-site trunks. To track down the activity of the real time technicians in implementing the two-point ASR service, WEB TELCO SYSTEM provides the follow-up measures functionality, which shows the actual phases of the ASR process. To implement this functionality in any company would cost more manual interventions, time and money to turn up the slow moving Orders to a real Sales order for the business growth and also increases the productivity of the Technicians. Telco Leasing Company (ERP/Custom): The concept of leasing company comes to the picture, when the work-order processing is moving towards the twopoint service program. Those leasing companies (Third party services lines) activities are monitored and transformed while installing the service lines for the customers. WEB TELCO SYSTEM provides feasible module to track down the Telco leasing company activities, Accounts payable, SLA , and monthly Charges..Etc. This module is inter-related to companies TRUNK system and gives the complete distinguish of on-site and off-site trunck lines for achieving the two-point connection and also gives the cost based analysis at any point of time to achieve the customer ASR connection. The input for this module is gathered once the work-order process is in completed stage and records the information required for further billing process. At nutshell: WEB TELCO SYSTEM provides complete all-in one custom solution for any telecommunication service providers at one POC (Point of contact) level. To implement this into any company will cost less than 10% of over all time required for all the modules to deploy individually using different Software’s like SEIBEL/ERP/CUSTOM…etc. Features: The Complete flow of this software starts right at this General Enquiry module and goes down to billing module. 1.2 High Level Flow Diagram (Telco System) The Complete flow of this software starts right at this External entity Called Customer Enquiry, which can be either fresh enquiry for the service or an existing service enquiry. If the customer request for the details relating to his existing service may be re-directed to Help-Desk system and it’s a new enquiry service then the process of Telco system starts. Enquiry Process (Diagram.1.0): The stage-1 level process encapsulates the other sub-level process and also they shares ORDERID as the unique identity key at each level of their internal sub-process. The functionality of the enquiry process and their internal sub-level process is explained in the following table:

Description a). Initially creates an Enquiry Id and also pass the control automatically to create the initial Order Id for the Sales Order process, which is the Stage-2 Level of the High Level Data Flow process. This process also gathers all the related Customer Information’s required for further process.
Update Enquiry
b). If any of the Information’s are not entered initially for that specific Enquiry ID and Order ID, this process allow the user to Update the required information for further process.
Follow-up Enquiry
c). Based on the information’s obtained from the above two sub-level of process is further put into the Technique of Follow up measures, which is the unique modules included in the WEB TELCO SYSTEM. In this Technique, each step are benchmarked and followed up carefully by the user to convert the Enquiry Level customer to the valid Sales Order customer entry. It also allows the management to establish and monitor the Level of follow-up to success Level.

SLA process
d). Once the Fallow-up process attains the 100% success Level, the process of Service level (SLA) agreement is obtained from the Customer to initiate the two-point Installation process.
Work-Order Process
e). Once the SLA (Service level agreement) is approved by the customer, the Work-Order is created and assigned to the specific Technicians. In this process also, the Enquiry ID and OrderID, created in the first sublevel is transformed back to this level.
Work-Order Follow-up
f). Based on the information’s obtained from the above sublevel process is subject to real time installation of the two-point lines by the Technicians. The steps and the connections used (TRUNKS) in each stage of this process are entered by the Technicians in real time environment. This information helps the technicians and the management to determine the next level of operations and also other related High-level decisions are made to complete the process of ASR (Access service request).
Mater-Setup Process
g). This process information is totally independent of the above sub-level process, but mandatory for the Telco system to use those information’s for further MIS process. This process information’s is related to the company’s basic fundamental information like products, Employee, department,

Available trunks and their status. This basic information’s are gathered at each sub-level process explained above.
Sales Order Process (Diagram.2.0): The stage-2 level process encapsulates the other sub-level process and also they shares ORDERID as the unique identity key at each level of their internal sub-process. The functionality of the Sales Order process and their internal sub-level process is Explained in the following table: Main Level Process Sales Order Process

Description a). Once the Work-Order attains the stage of 100%, the Sales order details are Updated with the status of the two-point connection.
Order shipping
b). In this stage the notification about the Sales order completion and the Installation details are shipped to the customer for final SLA agreement for the further process.
Create Billing Account
c). Once the Sales Order details are updated, the Billing account information’s are created simultaneously to start the initial process of Billing.
Start Billing
d). Finally the Billing systems which is the part of the WEB TELCO SYSTEM gathers and process invoicing.
Trunk Maintenance
e). This module, which is used at the time of Work-Order process by the technicians for fixing the two-point are established and maintained by the technicians to update the available status of the Trunk. The addition or deletion

or updation of the Trunk and sub-trunk details is done at this place by the technicians. In this trunks process the On-net and Off-net trunks are established and maintained at each stages of the work-order process. Telco Leasing Company
Mater-Setup
f). The picture of leasing company arises, when you need a third party off-net line for the two-point connection in order to complete the process of workorder. In this process the management gathers and decides the Telco company details for the two-point installation and draw a negotiation with the Telco company in regards to the monthly charges, type of lines…etc. The information gathered at this point is transformed into Accounts payable and Telco SLA level process. The maintenance of the Telco Leasing information is crucial for the process of Sales order. The Trunks which are belongs to the Telco Leasing company are Updated in the TRUNK maintenance process. Which forms the complete Telco net-works of the company including on-site, off-net, routers, ip address…etc. g). Building and Tenants process information is totally independent at this stage and includes information’s like Connection pertaining to the specific Building and the Tenants information’s, which are in turn used by the management to further extend the Sales besides Enquiry details. This

1.3 Module Details Web Telco Software is a Telecommunications service provider, which suits any type of small/Large scale telecommunications service providers. Web Telco system’s main Entry point is Customer Enquiry form, where as these setup modules are also considered to be an another main point of entry point for the system to operate and produce a valuable results based on the setup variables. These modules uses different global variable which are commonly used in all the major functional areas, in order to generate and produce results at any point of time. These setup modules variables also help the management to get their data based on the assigned values. Hence the system to function efficiently at all time required these setup variables to be filled and maintained properly by the operation company. The

1.3.2. Customer Details This Customer module includes all the Data elements, which are referred in Sales Enquiry and Sales Order modules. The value in this screen establishes a New and Existing Customer details at the Level of two-point Connection. These screen variables are entered at the time of Enquiry process and passed on to the sales order process module to create an Order Id and tagged as a FUTURE order, still the enquiry gets converted completely into an order state. 1.3.1.7.Product Details This Product module includes all the Data elements, which are referred in Sales Enquiry details and Sales Order Detail modules. The value in this screen establishes a New and Existing Product details at the Level of two-point Connection and also are entered at the time of Enquiry Detail process and passed on to the sales order detail process module to create an Order details. 1.3.1.8. Tenant Details This Tenant module includes all the Data elements, which are required by the Building process. Where in this functionality explains the exact location of the Tenants and their related information’s which are required for the building screen functionality and this screen also includes Add/edit/Show features and maintains the integrity constraints at all level of the process. Enquiry Master/Detail/Follow-up This Enquiry module is primary Entry point for this Telco system, where in the customer who has requested for a new product to be installed, Will be gathered at this screen. The functionality of the enquiry process and their internal sub-level process is explained in the process flow diagram of this document. Functional features of Enquiry Follow-ups Stage Detail Add screen This screen feature is the important Telco System features, which enables the conversion of Enquiry module into successful sales order for the company and also gives the option to purge the enquiries, which are not successful sales order enquiries. This also helps the management to generate an Employee wise, Date wise or region wise Enquiry or sales Order details based on the completion of the Enquiry stage percentage. Once the follow-up measures attains 100% level will be programmatically communicated to the Enquiry master screen to update the filed “Enquiry stage Completed YN” or users can Update those field manually based on the reports also. 1.3.3. Sales Order This Sales Order module is subsidiary Entry point for Customer’s to enter into this Telco system, where in the customer has requested for a new product through Enquiry screen. This information’s are gathered at this screen automatically or manually while creating Enquiry details. 3. Cost Benefit Analysis The purpose of this cost benefit analysis is basically to determine if the project cost is economically viable. The simplest way to do the cost benefit analysis for any Telco service provider in and around the world is put in Nutshell for the users, who are willing to invest in this product. The following table shows the Cost benefit over the existing system available in the market. This benefit is also estimated based on the Telco advantages mentioned earlier in this document.
