Design of HIGH PRESSURE DOUBLE ACTING CYLINDER used in a HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE. HMT MACHINE TOOLS Ltd. Hydraulic systems has a major role in power transmission and control of mechanical motions with higher efficiencies. One of the Applications is a press brake. The use of hydraulics eliminates the need of complicated linkages gears, cam and levers. The project
includes design of cylinder, selection of pumps and valves that fits to the working of Press Brake. Using AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS. Analysis is carried out using COSMOSXpress.

Represented a batch of 60 to our department in Engineering. Regularly donating blood from past three years. Secured Runner up place in senior (under 19) Cricket in A.P State Senior Inter District ATYA PATYA championship-2005.
