The complete system is proposed to be implemented in four phases. This phase-wise implementation has also the benefits of overcoming forced adoption of the system, which as observed in majority of cases, could be rejected. Add to it the advantage of possibility of inclusion of new features with the growth of the technology. For instance: integration of digital logging of employee movements in and out of the office, which could enable precise number of hours worked. The four modules intended to be implemented in this phase have been explained in detail below. These modules cover almost every aspect currently handled in the manual methodology.
