All financial transaction are handled by them. 2. They handle all legal collections and lien filings against owners who are significantly behind in H.O.A. dues. They also have been very helpful in fielding questions with respect to interpretation of the filed covenants of the community. 3. Towing info is posted in two places on our property. Our contract with A Tow was updated in 2006 to allow for individual owners to have autos towed from their spots, using personal passwords that were provided to A Tow for all 101 units. Unit owners were asked to contact the board to find out the password for their unit. 4. * This is the landscape company used by Community Club Management for our Property. We have a ground crew manager who visits the property once or twice a week. Our contract outlines the work that they are to complete for us but we’ve also contracted with them for several other projects. We found pine-straw application was more expensive with Perimeter Landscape so we started using another vendor for that. 5. One is a full application that includes all the hillsides and large open areas in the back of the property. The second application is directed more around the entry drive and front and backs of the units. 6. We have a contract with them that provides for monthly maintenance, as well as daytime service calls. After hours service calls are expensive. We work with their office to keep the names and numbers in the call box current and to order gate remotes. 7. Jose’s Painting Phone: 770.421.9732 www.josespainting.com * We contracted with Jose’s Painting in 2006 to paint the shutters, doors and awnings for all 101 units. Because we had all the units done at once, we were able to take advantage of a significant savings. The job was completed in less than a week and the painting of the mail station was done free of charge. 8. * Wildcat Striping conducted a parking survey for us in 2006 and also installed some bollards and parking turtles in the pavement at the front entry gate, to help us deal with traffic patterns. They quoted us on resurfacing and striping, which will likely be a project for 2007. 9. We’ve also hired them to do repair work to the older privacy fence, as well as repair work to our black chain link fence along the drive. 10. They also provide replacement equipment but we are ordering the dog waste bags through Community Club Management. They order from Peachtree Business Products.
