Value Set Load Through Import/Export



How to Import or Bulk Upload Value Set Values? (Doc ID 1953464.1)

 Sample dat file prepared for load (We can give any name for the dat file).

 Click on File Import and Export to import the dat file prepared for load.

 Click on (+) to import the dat file.

 Browse and Import the dat file prepared for load and we can choose any option from the Account drop down. Click on Save and Close.

 File has been imported now.

 Search for ‘Manage Value Sets’’ in Setup and Maintenance.

 Click on the Value Set Value under which we need to load the values and click on ‘Actions’.

 Click on Import to load the values.

 Enter the dat file name and choose the same Account type which we used to import the file. Click on upload.

 Click on Manage Values under the Value Set Code where we loaded the Values.

 The Value Set ‘Payroll’ is loaded successfully.
