Republic of the Philippines Department of Transportation and Communication Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Region VI, Iloilo City VALLACAR TRANSIT, INC. Petitioner x----------------------------------x CASE NO._07-07-2335_ PETITION FOR UPGRADING OF UNIT FROM NON-AIRCON TO AIR-CON COMES NOW, the Petitioner, unto this Honorable Board most respectfully states:

1. The Petitioner is a corporation duly organized and existing in accordance of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal place of business at Mansilingan, Bacolod City, where it may serve with the processes and orders this Honorable Board.

2. That the petitioner is a grantee of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) under the above-captioned case to operate a PUB service along the line: BACOLOD CITY to HINOBA-AN via KABANKALAN, vice versa, with the use of FOUR (4) units;

3. That one of the authorized units therein, bearing PLATE NO. GWV-567, MOTOR NO. FE6-042549B, CHASSIS NO. FK416M-510122, which is a Nissan truck bus is a non-air conditioned bus;

4. That due to the fact that there are now more riders who prefer riding in air conditioned bus due to climate condition and by providing or complying with the public demand of the said route, Petitioner hereby petitions for upgrading of the said unit.

6. That documents are hereto attached to support this petition for upgrading of unit/s. 7. That approval of this petition will result to the benefit and convenience of the riding public.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, Petitioner prays that an order be issued granting and/or allowing applicant to upgrade the unit/s.
