Luke 4:17 Jesus went to a synagogue in Galilee. 4:18 In the synagogue the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was given to Jesus to read. He unrolled the scroll and found the place where it was written, Isa61:1 The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to bring good tidings unto the humble; He hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the eyes to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the year of the LORD'S good pleasure, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 4:20 Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant, and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fixed on him. 4:21 Then he began to tell them, “Today this scripture has been fulfilled even as you heard it being read. (Thus Jesus started his mission.) Mt 4:23 Jesus went throughout all of Galilee, teaching in the synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom. Luke 4:43 The crowds tried to keep him from leaving them. 4:43 But Jesus said to them, “I must proclaim the good news of the kingdom 148 of God to the other towns too, for that is what I was sent to do.” So Jesus went throughout all the towns and villages, teaching in the synagogues, preaching and proclaiming the good news4 of the kingdom of God. 4:18 As Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee he saw two brothers, Simon (called Peter) and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea (for they were fishermen) 4:19 He said to them, “Follow me, and I will turn you into fishers of people.” 4:20 They left their nets immediately and followed him.( Jere16:16 Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the LORD, and they shall fish them; and afterward I will send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the clefts of the rocks) Jesus choose another 9 and made his apostles twelve. Mk 8:27 Jesus and his disciples went to the villages of Caesarea Philippi. On the way he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that I am?” 8:28 They said, “John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and still others, one of the prophets.” 8:29 He asked them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered him, “You are the Christ.” Mt.22:42 Jesus asked them: “What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?” They said, “The son of David.” 22:43 He said to them, “How then does David by the Spirit call him ‘Lord,’ saying,22:44 ‘The Lord said to my lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I put your enemies under your feet”’? 22:45 If David then calls him ‘Lord,’ how can he be his son?” 7:42 They said , “Don’t the scriptures say that the Christ is a descendant of David and comes from Bethlehem, the village where David lived?” 16:11 Jesus answered them “ Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees “24:23 if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe him 24:25 Remember, I have told you ahead of

time. 24:26 So then, if someone says to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out, or ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe him. !” Lk9:21 And Jesus forcefully commanded them not to tell anyone that he was the Christ. ( So the disciples began to suspect that Jesus is preaching something against the scriptures and knowing this ) Jesus said to them, “Mt 5:17 Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have not come to abolish these things but to fulfill them. 5:18 I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth pass away not the smallest letter or stroke of a letter will pass from the law until everything takes place.. 10:34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace but a sword 5:46 “If you believed Moses, you would believe me, because he wrote about me. 5:47 But if you do not believe what Moses wrote, how will you believe my words?” 22:34 Now the Pharisees assembled together. 22:35 And one of them, an expert in religious law, asked him a question to test him: 22:36 “Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” 22:37 Jesus said to him, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” 22:38 This is the first and greatest commandment. Mt 6:24 “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and Mammon 7:17Jesus said “ If anyone wants to do God’s will, he will know about my teaching, whether it is from God or whether I speak from my own authority”.12:49 “ I have not spoken from my own authority, but the Father himself who sent me has commanded me what I should say and what I should speak. 7:16 “My teaching is not from me, but from the one who sent me. 13:16 I tell you the solemn truth, the slave is not greater than his master, nor is the one who is sent as a messenger greater than the one who sent him. 13:17 If you understand these things, you will be blessed if you do them.. 12:50 Thus the things I say, I say just as the Father has told me. John10:14 “I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me – 10:15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father. 10:26 But you refuse to believe because you are not my sheep. 10:27 My sheep listen to my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. 10:28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; no one will snatch them from my hand. 10:29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one can snatch them from my Father’s hand. 10:30 The Father and I are one.” 14:6 “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 14:7 If you have known me, you will know my Father too. 14:9 The person who has seen me has seen the Father. 12:44 “The one who believes in me does not believe in me, but in the one who sent me, 12:45 and the one who sees me sees the one who sent me. 12:46 I have come as a light into the world, so that everyone who believes in me should not remain in darkness. 8:12 “I am the light of the world. The one who follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” 15:16:35, “I am the bread of life. The one who comes to me will never go hungry, and the one who believes in me will never be thirsty. 6:38 For I have come down from heaven not

to do my own will but the will of the one who sent me. 6:39 Now this is the will of the one who sent me – that I should not lose one person of every one he has given me, but raise them all up at the last day. 6:40 For this is the will of my Father – for everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him to have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.” 6:51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats from this bread he will live forever. The bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh 6:53 “I tell you the solemn truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in yourselves. 6:54 The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. 6:55 For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. 6:56 The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood resides in me, and I in him. 6:57 Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so the one who consumes me will live because of me. 6:58 This is the bread that came down from heaven; it is not like the bread your ancestors ate, but then later died. The one who eats this bread will live forever.” 6:60 Then many of his disciples, when they heard these things, said, “This is a difficult saying! Who can understand it?” 6:61 When Jesus was aware that his disciples were complaining about this, he said to them, “Does this cause you to be offended? Mt15:16 Jesus said, “Even after all this, are you still so foolish? 15:17 Don’t you understand that whatever goes into the mouth enters the stomach and then passes out into the sewer? 6:63 The Spirit is the one who gives life; flesh is of no help. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. ( 6:64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” Jesus had already known from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him). 7:37 “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me, and 7:38 let the one who believes in me drink. Just as the scripture says, ‘From within him will flow rivers of living water “5:39 You study the scriptures thoroughly because you think in them you possess eternal life, but they testify about me,. 15:1 I am the true vine and my Father is the gardener. 15:2 He takes away every branch that does not bear fruit in me. He prunes every branch that bears fruit so that it will bear more fruit. 15:3 You are clean already because of the word that I have spoken to you. 15:4 Remain in me, and I will remain in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me.15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me – and I in him – bears much fruit, because apart from me you can accomplish nothing. 15:6 If anyone does not remain in me, he is thrown out like a branch, and dries up; and such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and are burned up. 15:8 My Father is honored by this, that you bear much fruit. 3:14 Just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up. 8:28 “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he, and I do nothing on my own initiative, but I speak just what the Father taught me. 14:1 “Do not let your hearts be distressed. You believe in God; believe also in me.

12:34 Then the crowd responded, “We have heard from the law that the messiah will remain forever. How can you say, ‘The Son of Man must be lifted up’? Who is this Son of Man?”, Luke24:25 He said to them, “You foolish people – how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 24:26 Wasn’t it necessary for the Messiah to suffer these things and enter into his glory?” 24:27 Then beginning with Moses and all the prophets, he interpreted to them the things written about son of man in all the scriptures.26:24 Jesus said, “The Son of Man will go as it is written about him” 12:35 “The light is with you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going. 12:36 While you have the light, believe in the light, so that you may become sons of light.” 16:16 In a little while you will see me no longer; again after a little while, you will see me.” ( Isa 45:16 Give glory to the LORD your God, before it grow dark, and before your feet stumble upon the mountains of twilight, and, while ye look for light, He turn it into the shadow of death, and make it gross darkness. Jer 13/17 But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret for your pride; and mine eyes shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the LORD'S flock is carried away captive.) 16:18 So they kept on repeating, “What is the meaning of what he says, ‘In a little while’? We do not understand what he is talking about.” 16:19 Jesus could see that they wanted to ask him about these things, so he said to them, “Are you asking each other about this – that I said, ‘In a little while you will not see me; again after a little while, you will see me’? .” 8:58, “I tell you the solemn truth, before Abraham came into existence, I am!” 8:56 Your father Abraham was overjoyed to see my day, and he saw it and was glad.” 9:4 Night is coming when no one can work. 9:5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” 7:33 “I will be with you for only a little while longer, and then I am going to the one who sent me. 14:19 In a little while44 the world will not see me any longer, but because I live, you will live too. 7:34 You will look for me but will not find me, and where I am you cannot come 16:20 I tell you the solemn truth, you will weep and wail, but the world will rejoice; you will be sad. 16:32 Look, a time is coming – and has come – when you will be scattered, each one to his own home, and I will be left alone. 26:31 For it is written: ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ 18:11 Am I not to drink the cup that the Father has given me?” Luke17:22 “The days are coming when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. Mt.17:22 “The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of men. 17:23 They will kill him, and on the third day he will be raised.” 24:30 Then Jesus said to his disciples You will see the Son of Man arriving on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 17:24 For just like the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of Man be in his day 24:31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet blast, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other 17:25 But first he must73 suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. 16:4 I tell you these things so that when their time comes, you will remember that I told you about them. 10:16 “I am sending you out like

sheep surrounded by wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. 10:17 Beware32 of people, because they will hand you over to councils 33 and flog34 you in their synagogues.15:19 If you belonged to the world, the world would love you as its own. However, because you do not belong to the world,50 but I chose you out of the world, for this reason51 the world hates you. 16:2 They will put you out of the synagogue, yet a time4 is coming when the one who kills you will think he is offering service to God. 10:28 Do52 not be afraid of those who kill the body53 but cannot kill the soul. Instead, fear the one who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.54 10:29 Aren’t two sparrows sold for a penny?55 Yet not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. 56 10:30 Even all the hairs on your head are numbered. 10:31 So do not be afraid;57 you are more valuable than many sparrows. Mt 5:10 “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to them.5:11 “Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil things about you falsely on account of me. Mt10:18 And you will be brought before governors and kings because of me, as a witness to them and the Gentiles. 10:22 And you will be hated by everyone because of my name.. 15:25 Now this happened to fulfill the word ‘They hated me without reason’ that is written in the law John16:3 They will do these things because they have not known the Father or me. 10:23 Whenever42 they persecute you in one place,43 flee to another. Mt 8:20 “Foxes have dens, and the birds in the sky37 have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head: Mt10:23 I tell you the truth,” 44 you will not finish going through all the towns on the earth45 before the Son of Man comes in his glory.,.. But the one who endures to the end will be saved . 5:25 Reach agreement quickly with your accuser while on the way to court, or he35 may hand you over to the judge, and the judge hand you over to the warden, and you will be thrown into prison. 5:26 I tell you the truth, you will never get out of there until you have paid the last penny! 5:39 But I say to you, do not resist the evildoer. But whoever strikes you on the right cheek, turn the other to him as well. 5:40 And if someone wants to sue you and to take your tunic, give him your coat also. 5:41 And if anyone forces you to go one mile, go with him two. 5:42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not reject the one who wants to borrow from you. 6:19 “Do not accumulate for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal. 6:20 But accumulate for yourselves treasures in the kingdom of heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. 6:21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 5:44 I say to you, love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you, 5:45 so that you may be like your Father in heaven, since he causes the sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 5:46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Even the tax collectors do the same, don’t they? 5:47 And if you only greet your brothers, what more do you do? Even the Gentiles do the same, don’t they? 5:48 So then, be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect Mt.5:13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its flavor, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled on by people. 5:14 You are the light of the world. 5:16 Let your light shine before people, so that they can see your good deeds and give honor to your Father in heaven. 5:20 For I tell you,

unless your righteousness goes beyond that of the experts in the law and the Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 7:13 “Enter through the narrow gate, because the gate is wide and the way is spacious that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. 7:14 But the gate is narrow and the way is difficult that leads to life, and there are few who find it. Luke 18:31 Everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished. 18:32 For he will be handed over to the Gentiles; he will be mocked, mistreated, and spat on. 18:33 They will flog him severely and kill him. Yet on the third day he will rise again.” 18:34 But the twelve understood none of these things. This saying was hidden from them, and they did not grasp what Jesus meant . Mt.16:22 But Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him “God forbid, Lord! This must not happen to you!” 16:23 But he turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me, because you are not setting your mind on God’s interests, but on man’s.” 16:33 14:1 “Do not let your hearts be distressed. You believe in God;2 believe also in me.26:32 After I am raised, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.” 14:2 There are many dwelling places in my Father’s house. Otherwise, I would have told you, because I am going away to make ready a place for you. 14:3 And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will come again and take you to be with me, so that where I am you may be too. I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble and suffering, but take courage – I have conquered the world.” 16:20 Thus your sadness will turn into joy. 16:21 When a woman gives birth, she has distress because her time has come, but when her child is born, she no longer remembers the suffering because of her joy that a human being has been born into the world. 16:22 So also you have sorrow now, you will see me again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you. 3:3,6 “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 3:4 Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb and be born a second time, can he?” 3:10 Jesus answered, “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you don’t understand these things?. 3:11 I tell you the solemn truth, we speak about what we know and testify about what we have seen, but you people do not accept our testimony. 3:12 If I have told you people about earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things? 17:20 Now the Pharisees asked Jesus when the kingdom of God was coming ? Jeusu said “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed, 17:21 nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”16:2 “When evening comes you say, ‘It will be fair weather, because the sky is red,’ 16:3 and in the morning, ‘It will be stormy today, because the sky is red and darkening.’ You know how to judge correctly the appearance of the sky, but you cannot evaluate the signs of the times. 16:4 A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a sign, but no sign will be given to it

except the sign of Jonah.” Mt12:40 For just as Jonah was in the belly of the huge fish for three days and three nights, so the Son of Man will be in the heart of the earth for three days and three nights Lk4:30 He also asked, “To what can we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable can we use to present it? 13:33: “The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed with three measures of flour until all the dough had risen.” 13:44 “The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure, hidden in a field, that a person found and hid. Then because of joy he went and sold all that he had and bought that field (Jer.32: 15 For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: Houses and fields and vineyards shall yet again be bought in this land.') Luke 12:32 “Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father is well pleased to give you the kingdom M 6:25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t there more to life than food and more to the body than clothing? 6:26 Look at the birds in the sky They do not sow, or reap, or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you more valuable than they are? 6:27 And which of you by worrying can add even one hour to his life? 6:28 Why do you worry about clothing? Think about how the flowers of the field grow; they do not work or spin. 6:29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed like one of these! 6:30 And if this is how God clothes the wild grass, which is here today and tomorrow is tossed into the fire to heat the oven, won’t he clothe you even more, you people of little faith? 6:31 So then, don’t worry saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ 6:32 For the Gentiles pursue these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 6:33 But above all pursue his kingdom and righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as wellt. 10:37 “Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 10:39 Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for the sake of the kingdom of god will find it. Luke18:18 Now a certain ruler asked him, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” 18:19 Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone. 18:20 You know the commandments: ‘Do not commit adultery, do not murder, do not steal, do not give false testimony, honor your father and mother.’ 18:21 The man replied, “I have wholeheartedly obeyed all these laws since my youth.” 18:22 When Jesus heard this, he said to him, “One thing you still lack. Sell all that you have and give the money to the poor, Then come, follow me.” 18:23 But when the man heard this he became very sad, for he was extremely wealthy. 18:24 When Jesus noticed this, he said, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God! 18:25 In fact, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” 18:26 Those who heard this said, “Then who can be saved?” 18:27 He replied, “What is impossible for mere humans is possible for God.” 18:28 “I tell you the truth, there is no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of God’s kingdom 18:30 who will not receive eternal life in the age to come,.” 6:9 So pray this way: Our Father in heaven, may your name be hallowed, 6:10 may your kingdom come, may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. 6:11 Give us today our daily bread, 6:12 and forgive us our debts, as we ourselves have forgiven our

debtors. 6:13 And do not lead us into test, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Luke 22:40 He said to them, “Pray that you may not enter into testing.” Luke18:1 Then Jesus told them a parable to show them they should always pray and not lose heart. 18:2 He said, “In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor respected people. 18:3 There was also a widow in that city who kept coming to him and saying, ‘Give me justice against my adversary.’ 18:4 For a while he refused, but later on he said to himself, ‘Though I neither fear God nor have regard for people, 18:5 yet because this widow keeps on bothering me, I will give her justice, or in the end she will wear me out by her unending pleas.’” 18:6 And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unrighteous judge says! 18:7 Won’t God give justice to his chosen ones, who cry out19 to him day and night?20 Will he delay21 long to help them? 18:8 I tell you, he will give them justice speedily 13: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. 13:32 It is the smallest of all the seeds, but when it has grown it is the greatest garden plant and becomes a tree, so that the wild birds come and nest in its branches. (Isa 53:2 2 For he shot up right forth as a sapling, and as a root out of a dry ground; he had no form nor comeliness, that we should look upon him, nor beauty that we should delight in him.) Luk 22:2 “The kingdom of heaven can be compared to a king who gave a wedding banquet for his son. 22:3 He sent his slaves to summon those who had been invited to the banquet, but they would not come. 22:4 Again he sent other slaves, saying, ‘Tell those who have been invited, “Look! The feast I have prepared for you is ready. My oxen and fattened cattle have been slaughtered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet.”’ 22:5 But they were indifferent and went away, one to his farm, another to his business. 22:6 The rest seized his slaves, insolently mistreated them, and killed them. 22:7 The king was furious! He sent his soldiers, and they put those murderers to death and set their city on fire. 22:8 Then he said to his slaves, ‘The wedding is ready, but the ones who had been invited were not worthy. 22:9 So go into the main streets and invite everyone you find to the wedding banquet.’ 22:10 And those slaves went out into the streets and gathered all they found, both bad and good, and the wedding hall was filled with guests. 22:11 But when the king came in to see the wedding guests, he saw a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. 22:12 And he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ But he had nothing to say 22:13 Then the king said to his attendants, ‘Tie him up hand and foot and throw him into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth!’ 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.” 13:34 Jesus spoke all these things in parables to the crowds; he did not speak to them without a parable. 13:35 This fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet:52 “I will open my mouth in parables, I will announce what has been hidden from the foundation of the world.” ( Psalms78:1 Pay attention, my people, to my instruction! Listen to the words I speak! 78:2 I will open my mouth in parables;I will utter dark sayings of old, 478:3 What we have heard and learned5 – that which our ancestors6 have told us – 78:4 we will not hide from their7 descendants. We will tell the next generation about the Lord’s praiseworthy acts,8about his strength and the amazing things he has done. For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children, that the generation to come might know them, the

children who would be born, that they may arise and declare them to their children, that they may set their hope in god and not forgot their works of god but keep his commandments; and may not be like their fathers a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation that did not set its heart aright and whose spirit was not faithful to God.) 13:10 Then the disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to them in parables?”. 4:11 He said to them, “The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those outside, everything is in parables,. 4:12 so that although they look they may look but not see,and although they hear they may hear but not understand,so they may not repent and be forgiven Mt13:14 And concerning them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says: ‘You will listen carefully yet will never understand, you will look closely yet will never comprehend. 13:15 For the heart of this people has become dull; they are hard of hearing, and they have shut their eyes, so that they would not see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ 13:16 “But your eyes are blessed because they see, and your ears because they hear. 13:17 For I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous people longed to see24 what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it. 24:32 “Learn this parable from the fig tree: ( This is the same tree mentioned in Daniel 4:14) Whenever its branch becomes tender and puts out its leaves, you know that summer is near. 24:33 So also you, when you see all these things, know that he is near, right at the door. 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. 24:36 “But as for that day and hour no one knows it – not even the angels in heaven – except the Father alone 24:37 For just like the days of Noah were, so the coming of the Son of Man will be. 24:38 For in those days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark. 24:39 And they knew nothing until the flood came and took them all away. It will be the same at the coming of the Son of Man. 24:40 Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one left. 58 24:41 There will be two women grinding grain with a mill;59 one will be taken and one left. 24:42 “Therefore stay alert, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. Mt.18:10 “See that you do not disdain one of these little ones. 18:12 What do you think? If someone owns a hundred sheep and one of them goes astray, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go look for the one that went astray? 18:13 And if he finds it, I tell you the truth, he will rejoice more over it than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray. 18:14 In the same way, your Father in heaven is not willing that one of these little ones be lost. ( Eze 34: Upon all the face of the earth were My sheep scattered, 5 They were scattered and they became food to all the beasts of the field. 6. There was none that did search or seek. 12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are separated, so will I seek out My sheep; and I will deliver them out of all places whither they have been scattered in the day of clouds and thick darkness. 13 And I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will

bring them into their own land; and I will feed them upon the mountains of Israel, by the streams, and in all the habitable places of the country.) 20:1 “the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire workers for his vineyard. 20:2 And after agreeing with the workers for the standard wage, he sent them into his vineyard. 20:3 When it was about nine o’clock in the morning, he went out again and saw others standing around in the marketplace without work. 20:4 He said to them, ‘You go into the vineyard too, and I will give you whatever is right.’ 20:5 So they went. When he went out again about noon and three o’clock that afternoon, he did the same thing. 20:6 And about five o’clock that afternoon he went out and found others standing around, and said to them, ‘Why are you standing here all day without work?’ 20:7 They said to him, ‘Because no one hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You go and work in the vineyard too.’ 20:8 When it was evening the owner of the vineyard said to his manager, ‘Call the workers and give the pay starting with the last hired until the first.’ 20:9 When those hired about five o’clock came, each received a full day’s pay. 20:10 And when those hired first came, they thought they would receive more. But each one also received the standard wage. 20:11 When they received it, they began to complain against the landowner, 20:12 saying, ‘These last fellows worked one hour, and you have made them equal to us who bore the hardship and burning heat of the day.’ 20:13 And the landowner replied to one of them, ‘Friend, I am not treating you unfairly. Didn’t you agree with me to work for the standard wage? 20:14 Take what is yours and go. I want to give to this last man the same as I gave to you. 20:15 Am I not permitted to do what I want with what belongs to me? Or are you envious because I am generous?’ 20:16 So the last will be first, and the first last .” 25:31 “When32 the Son of Man comes in his glory and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. 25:32 All the nations will be assembled before him, and he will separate people one from another like a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 25:33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. 25:34 Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 25:35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 25:36 I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.’ 25:37 Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 25:38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or naked and clothe you? 25:39 When did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 25:40 And the king will answer them, ‘I tell you the truth,39 just as you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters40 of mine, you did it for me.’ 25:41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you accursed, into the eternal fire that has been prepared for the devil and his angels! 25:42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink. 25:43 I was a stranger and you did not receive me as a guest, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’ 25:44 Then they too will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not

give you whatever you needed?’ 25:45 Then he will answer them, ‘I tell you the truth, just as you did not do it for one of the least of these, you did not do it for me.’ 25:46 And these will depart into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” 8:31 Then Jesus said them, “If you continue to follow my teaching, you are really my disciples 8:32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” 8:35 The slave does not 78 remain in the family forever, but the son remains forever.77 8:36 So if the son

sets you free, you will be really free. . John13:5 Jesus poured water into the washbasin and began to wash the disciples’ feet and to dry them with the towel he had wrapped around himself. Mt 26:20 When it was evening, he took his place at the table with the twelve for the supper. 26:26 While36 they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after giving thanks he broke it, gave it to his disciples, and said, “Take, eat, this is my body.” which is given for you.50 Do this in remembrance of me.” Mt 26:27, Lk 22:19 And after taking the cup and giving thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you, 26:28 for this is my blood, the blood37 of the covenant,38 that is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. 26:21 And while they were eating he said, “I tell you the truth, one of you will betray me.” 26:22 They became greatly distressed and each one began to say to him, “Surely not I, Lord?” 26:23 He answered, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me. 13:18 I know the ones I have chosen. But this is to fulfill the scripture, ‘The one who eats my bread has turned against me.’ 13:19 I am telling you this now, before it happens, so that when it happens you may believe that I am he. ( See the version of John “13:25 Then the disciple whom Jesus loved leaned back against Jesus’ chest and asked him, “Lord, who is it?” 13:26 Jesus replied,63 “It is the one to whom I will give this piece of bread64 after I have dipped it in the dish.” Then he dipped the piece of bread in the dish and gave it to Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son. 13:27 And after Judas67 took the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. Jesus said to him, “What you are about to do, do quickly.” 13:28 (Now none of those present at the table understood1 why Jesus said this to Judas.) Mt 26:31All of you will be made to stumble because of me in this night. Mt.11:6And blessed is he who is not stumbled because of me. Peter answered and said to him, “Even if all are made to stumble because of you, I will never made to stumble. Jesus said to him,” Assuredly I say to you that this night, before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times. Luke 22:31 “Simon, Simon, pay attention! Satan has demanded to have you all, to sift you like wheat, 22:32 but I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail When you have returned to me, strengthen your brothers.” 10:5 Jesus sent out these twelve, instructing them “Do not go to Gentile regions and do not enter any Samaritan town. 10:6 Go instead to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Mt15:24 “For I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” 15:26 “It is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs,” he said. 37 7:6 Do not give what is holy to dogs or throw your pearls before pigs; otherwise they will trample them under their feet and turn around and tear you to pieces. 10:7 As you go, preach the message of ‘The kingdom of God”. Mt.13:24 He presented them with a parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a person who sowed good seed in his field. 13:25 But while

everyone was sleeping, an enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat and went away. 13:26 When the plants sprouted and bore grain, then the weeds also appeared. 13:27 So the slaves of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Then where did the weeds come from?’ 13:28 He said, ‘An enemy has done this.’ So the slaves replied, ‘Do you want us to go and gather them?’ 13:29 But he said, ‘No, since in gathering the weeds you may uproot the wheat with them. 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest. At40 harvest time I will tell the reapers, “First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned, but then41 gather42 the wheat into my barn.”’ John4:35 I tell you, look up and see that the fields are already white for harvest! 4:36 The one who reaps receives pay and gathers fruit for eternal life, so that the one who sows and the one who reaps can rejoice together. 4:37 For in this instance the saying is true, ‘One sows and another reaps.’ 4:38 I sent you to reap what you did not work for; others have labored and you have entered into their labor.” Luke13:22 Then Jesus traveled throughout towns and villages, teaching and making his way toward Jerusalem.. 20:29 As they were leaving Jericho,40 a large crowd followed them. They drew near to Jerusalem and came to mount Olive. 21:5 Now10 while some were speaking about the temple, how it was adorned11 with beautiful stones and offerings,12 Jesus13 said, 21:6 “As for these things that you are gazing at, the days will come when not one stone will be left on another.14 All will be torn down!”15 13:3 So6 while he was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, 21:7 16 they asked him,17 “Teacher, when will these things18 happen? And what will be the sign that19 these things are about to take place?” Luk21:8 He20 said, “Watch out21 that you are not misled. For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the christ,’22 and, ‘The time is near.’ Do not follow them! Mt.24:6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. Make sure that you are not alarmed, for this must happen, but the end is still to come.12 24:7 For nation will rise up in arms13 against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines14 and earthquakes15 in various places. 24:8 All16 these things are the beginning of birth pains. 21:20 “When you see Jerusalem47 surrounded48 by armies, then know that its49 desolation50 has come near. 21:21 Then those who are in Judea must flee51 to the mountains. Those52 who are inside the city must depart. Those53 who are out in the country must not enter it, 21:22 because these are days of vengeance,54 to fulfill55 all that is written. 21:23 Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing their babies in those days! For there will be great distress56 on the earth and wrath against this people. 21:24 They57 will fall by the edge58 of the sword and be led away as captives59 among all nations. Jerusalem60 will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. Mt24:9 “Then they will hand you over to be persecuted and will kill you. You will be hated by all the nations because of my name. 16:1 “I have told you all these things so that you will not fall away.1 16:2 They will put you out of2 the synagogue,3 yet a time4 is coming when the one who kills you will think he is offering service to God.5 16:3 They6 will do these things because they have not known the Father or me.7 16:4 But I have told you

these things8 so that when their time9 comes, you will remember that I told you about them.10 24:10 Then many will be led into sin, and they will betray one another and hate one another. 24:11 And many false prophets will appear and deceive many, 24:23 Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe him. 24:24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 7:15 “Watch out for false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are voracious wolves. 7:16 You will recognize them by their fruit. 7:21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of heaven – only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. 7:22 On that day, many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, and in your name cast out demons and do many powerful deeds?’ 7:23 Then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you. Go away from me, you lawbreakers!24:24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 24:25 Remember, I have told you ahead of time. 24:26 So then, if someone says to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out, or ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe him. 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the whole inhabited earth as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come. ..24:21 For then there will be great suffering unlike anything that has happened from the beginning of the world until now, or ever will happen. 24:8 All these things are the beginning of birth pains. 24:13 But the person who endures to the end will be saved. 24:29 “Immediately after the suffering of those days, 24:30 the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man arriving on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 24:31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet blast, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other Mt. 21:1 Now1 when they approached Jerusalem, 21:8 A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road. Others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. Mk11:9 The crowds that went ahead of him and those following kept shouting, “Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord! 11:10 Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna in the highest!” Acts1:6 when they had gathered together, they began to ask him, “Lord, is this the time when you are restoring the kingdom to Israel?” 1:7 He told them, “You are not permitted to know the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority. 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest parts. 17:7 “Would any one of you say to your slave1 who comes in from the field after plowing or shepherding sheep, ‘Come at once and sit down for a meal’? 17:8 Won’t the master instead say to him, ‘Get my dinner ready, and make yourself ready to serve me while I eat and drink. Then you may eat and drink’? 17:9 He won’t thank the slave because he did what he was told, will he? 17:10 So you too, when you have done everything you were commanded to do, should say, ‘We are slaves undeserving of special praise;30 we have only done what was our duty.’”

Luke19:11 While the people were listening to these things, Jesus proceeded to tell a parable, because he was near to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God was going to appear immediately.. 19:12 he said, “A nobleman went to a distant country to receive for himself a kingdom and then return. 19:13 And he summoned ten of his slaves, gave them ten minas, and said to them, ‘Do business with these until I come back.’ 19:14 But his citizens hated him and sent a delegation after him, saying, ‘We do not want this man to be king over us!’ 19:15 When he returned after receiving the kingdom, he summoned these slaves to whom he had given the money. He wanted to know how much they had earned by trading. 19:16 So the first one came before him and said, ‘Sir, your mina has made ten minas more.’ 19:17 And the king said to him, ‘Well done, good slave! Because you have been faithful in a very small matter, you will have authority over ten cities.’ 19:18 Then the second one came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has made five minas.’ 19:19 So the king said to him, ‘And you are to be over five cities.’ 19:20 Then another slave came and said, ‘Sir, here is your mina that I put away for safekeeping in a piece of cloth. 19:21 For I was afraid of you, because you are a severe man. You withdraw what you did not deposit and reap what you did not sow.’ 19:22 The king said to him, ‘I will judge you by your own words, you wicked slave! So you knew, did you, that I was a severe man, withdrawing what I didn’t deposit and reaping what I didn’t sow? 19:23 Why then didn’t you put my money in the bank, so that when I returned I could have collected it with interest?’ 19:24 And he said to his attendants, ‘Take the mina from him, and give it to the one who has ten.’ 19:25 But they said to him, ‘Sir, he has ten minas already!’ 19:26 ‘I tell you that everyone who has will be given more, but from the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. 19:27 But as for these enemies of mine who did not want me to be their king, bring them here and slaughter them in front of me!’” 21:10 As he entered Jerusalem the whole city was thrown into an uproar,17 saying, “Who is this?” 21:11 And the crowds were saying, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth18 in Galilee.”11:11 Then Jesus entered Jerusalem and went to the temple and began to drive out those who were selling and buying in the temple courts He turned over the tables of the money changers and the chairs of those selling doves, 11:16 and he would not permit anyone to carry merchandise through the temple courts. 11:17 Then he began to teach them and said, “Is it not written: ‘My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations’? But you have turned it into a den of robbers!”. John18:12 Then the squad of soldiers with their commanding officer and the officers of the Jewish leaders arrested Jesus and tied him up. Mt26:57 Now the ones who had arrested Jesus led him to Caiaphas, the high priest in whose house the experts in the law and the elders had gathered. 18:19 The high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and about his teaching. 18:20 Jesus replied, “I have spoken publicly to the world. I always taught in the synagogues and in the temple courts, where all the Jewish people assemble together. I have said nothing in secret. 18:21 Why do you ask me? Ask those who heard what I said. They know what I said.” 18:22 When Jesus had said this, one of the high priest’s officers who stood nearby struck him on the face and said, “Is that the way you answer the high priest?” 18:23 Jesus replied, “If I have said something wrong, confirm what is wrong But if I spoke correctly, why strike me?” Mt.22:. John10:24 The Jewish leaders surrounded him and asked, “How

long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” 22:67 he said to them, “If I tell you, you will not believe, 22:68 and if I ask you, you will not1 answer. “and you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power and coming with the clouds of heaven.”.” 22:70 So they all said, “Are you the Son of God, then?” He answered them, “You say that I am.” Mk14:55 The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death, but they did not find anything. 14:56 Many gave false testimony against him, but their testimony did not agree. 22:15 Then they planned together to entrap him with his own words and asked him , “ tell us then, what do you think? Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not?”22:18 But Jesus realized their evil intentions and said, “Hypocrites! Why are you testing me? 22:19 Show me the coin used for the tax.” So they brought him a denarius. 22:20 Jesus said to them, “Whose image is this, and whose inscription?” 22:21 They replied, “Caesar’s.” He said to them, “Then give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” 22:22 Now when they heard this they were stunned .John 11:47 So the chief priests and the Pharisees called the council together and said, “What are we doing? For this man is performing many miraculous signs. 11:48 If we allow him to go on in this way, everyone will believe in him, and the Romans will come and take away our sanctuary and our nation.”11:49 Then one of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said, “You know nothing at all! 11:50 You do not realize that it is more to your advantage to have one man die for the people than for the whole nation to perish. Mk15:1 Early in the morning, after forming a plan, the chief priests with the elders and the experts in the law and the whole Sanhedrin tied Jesus up, led him away, and handed him over to Pilate.. 18:29 So Pilate asked them, “What accusation do you bring against this man?” Mk 23:2 They began to accuse him, saying, “We found this man subverting our nation, forbidding us to pay the tribute tax to Caesar and claiming that he himself is Christ, a king.” 23:3 When Pilate heard what they said, he was more afraid than ever, 19: :9 Pilate aksed to Jesus, “Where do you come from?”. 18:35. What have you done?” But Jesus gave him no answer 19:10 So Pilate said, “Do you refuse to speak to me? Don’t you know I have the authority to release you, and to crucify you 18:33 Tell me, “Are you the king of the Jews?” Jesus replied, “You say so.”. 19:12 Pilate said, Pilate said to the Jews, “Look, here is your king!”. Everyone who claims to be a king opposes Caesar” Shall I crucify your king?”. People afraid Pilate and replied, “We have no king except Caesar!”. 19:16 Then Pilate handed him over to be crucified. Mk15:16 So the soldiers led him into the palace (that is, the governor’s residence) and called together the whole cohort. 15:17 They put a purple cloak on him and after braiding a crown of thorns, they put it on him. 15:18 They began to salute him: “Hail, king of the Jews!” 15:19 Again and again they struck him on the head with a staff and spit on him. Then they knelt down and paid homage to him. 15:20 When they had finished mocking him, they stripped him of the purple cloak and put his own clothes back on him. Then they led him away to crucify him. 19:17 And carrying his own cross Jesus went out to the place

called “The Place of the Skull” (called in AramaicGolgotha). 19:18 There they crucified him along with two others, one on each side, with Jesus in the middle. 19:19 Pilate put a notice on the cross above his head with an inscription of the charge against him that read, “The king of the Jews” Mk15:42 Now when evening had already come, since it was the day of preparation (that is, the day before the Sabbath), 15:43 Joseph of Arimathea, a highly regarded member of the council, who was himself looking forward to the kingdom of God, went boldly to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. 15:44 Pilate was surprised that he was already dead. He called the centurion and asked him if he had been dead for some time. 15:45 When Pilate was informed by the centurion, he gave the body to Joseph. 15:46 After Joseph bought a linen cloth and took down the body, he wrapped it in the linen and placed it in a tomb cut out of the rock. Then he rolled a stone across the entrance of the tomb. 15:47 Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses saw where the body was placed. 20:1 Now very early on the first day of the week,1 while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and saw that the stone had been moved away from the entrance. 20:2 So she went running to Simon Peter and the other disciple whom Jesus loved and told them, “They have taken the Lord from the tomb, and we don’t know where they have put him!” 20:3 Then Peter and the other disciple set out to go to the tomb. 20:4 The two were running together, but the other disciple ran faster than Peter and reached the tomb first. 20:5 He bent down and saw the strips of linen cloth lying there, but he did not go in. 20:6 Then Simon Peter, who had been following him, arrived and went right into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen cloth lying there, 20:7 and the face cloth, which had been around Jesus’ head, not lying with the strips of linen cloth but rolled up in a place by itself. 20:8 Then the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, came in, and as they saw the Tomb empty they believed that Jesus has resurrected according to the scriptures.
