: Sirvisetti AutoScan is a module of Sirvisetti AutoStream. AutoStream is a complete business communication automation solution for input/output management within and outside business boundaries. AutoScan solution involves OCR technique and also uses AutoStream ECM for content storage and retrieval. When the document arrives either via Fax or Scan or Email, they will be passed to OCR module and parsed the resulted text and assigned the values as metadata for the content and stored in the AutoStream ECM. Later the users can retrieval based on the metadata fields. Roles and Responsibilities:

 Leading the Offshore development team for this project.  Participated in discussions with the Onsite team and the business analysts.  Made the UI and database design and involved in the preparing the components.  Co-coordinated the Onsite, Offshore teams for Requirements, development, deployment and delivery. Description : This is the project mainly intended to help the hospitals, patients and Insurance companies make their daily routine work like appointments, billing and the application is coupled with HIPAA rules. The project has mainly three different logins for three different types of user’s viz. Clinic, Insurance and patient. When a clinic logs into the system he can have his patient list and also can register a patient. He has his providers affiliated to them so that they can assign a specific patient to a specific provider depending on the availability and the specialization. Also they can maintain the appointment details of the clinic or for a particular provider during a day or a week or a month view. They can made referrals to the other providers when the situation demands. Also the clinic can maintain the details of the recalls to be made to the patient on a particular date. One of the important feature of this system is to maintain the all the patient records and diagnosis charts electronically which is call E-Clinic. He can upload the scanned reports and the case sheets to the system for the later easy retrieval. The billing is one of the most

important modules useful for the electronic processing of all the patient bills. The reports are in such a flexi way to generate the custom reports by the clinic or given pre formatted reports. When an insurance company logged in he can see the out standing bills and also the patient associated with him. And when a patient login he can check his status and also his billing procedure. To achieve this goal we used java/j2ee as the medium and JBoss 3.2.4 as the EJB Container which includes tomcat as the web container. The compiler and the project management tool is the Borland’s JBuilder and the reporting is in portable document format using jasper reporting tool with iReport 0.4.0 as the front end creation tool(To ease the modification of the xml File). For generating the charts in the reports JfreeChart has been used. The back end for this system is a oracle 8.0i server.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Involved in the design of the modules Patient, Appointments and Reports. 2. Involved in coding and unit testing and integrating of the program at the module level. 3. Generating Jasper reports Using Jasper Reports and iReport Tool.
