These are online gathering places that provide a focal point, locally, to develop local educational opportunities. Examples reflect the creativity of the teacher membership. CTLCs have spawned initiatives to start schools in displaced persons’ camps, HIV-AIDS training, disability training, and our Millennium Development Ambassadors program.
