‫ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺭﻗﺔ ﲢﺘﻮﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺭﺑﻌﺔ ﺃﺳﺌﻠﺔ‪ .‬ﺃﺟﺐ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﱐ ﰒ ﺍﺧﺘﺮ‬ ‫ﺳﺆﺍﻻ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺍ ﻓﻘﻂ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺑﻊ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺍﻛﺘﺐ ﰲ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻵﺗﻴﺔ ﲝﻴﺚ ﻻ ﻳﻘﻞ ﻋﺪﺩ ﻛﻠﻤﺎﺗﻪ ﻋﻦ ‪ ١٥٠‬ﻛﻠﻤﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫)‪ (١‬ﻟﻌﺒﺖ ﺣﻜﻮﻣﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺰﻳﺎ ﺩﻭﺭﺍ ﻓﻌﺎﻻ ﰱ ﺗﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺰﺭﺍﻋﺔ‪ ،‬ﲢﺪﺙ ﻋﻦ ﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﳊﻜﻮﻣﺔ ﰱ‬ ‫ﲢﻘﻴﻖ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﳍﺪﻑ‪.‬‬ ‫)‪ (٢‬ﺍﻻﲢﺎﺩ ﻳﺆﺩﻱ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﺓ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺮﻗﺔ ﺗﺆﺩﻱ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﻀﻌﻒ‪.‬‬ ‫)‪ (٣‬ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﳓﻮ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ‪.‬‬ ‫)‪ (٤‬ﺍﻟﻘﺼﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳊﻜﻤﺔ " ﻣﺎ ﻻ ﺗﺮﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﲔ ﻻ ﻳﺄﺳﻰ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻔﺆﺍﺩ "‬ ‫] ‪ ٣٠‬ﺩﺭﺟﺔ [‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﱐ ‪:‬‬ ‫ﻟﻼﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺧﺼﺎﺋﺺ ﲤﻴﺰﻩ ﻋﻦ ﻏﲑﻩ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﻢ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺔ ‪.‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ‬ ‫ﺍﳋﺼﺎﺋﺺ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺯﻥ ﺑﲔ ﺍﳌﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﻭﺣﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﻤﻦ ﺍﳌﻌﺮﻭﻑ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻻﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻣﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﺭﻭﺡ ‪ ،‬ﻭﺧﺎﻟﻘﻪ‬ ‫ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ ﻳﻌﻠﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺼﻠﺢ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻻﻳﺼﻠﺢ‪ ،‬ﻓﺸﺮﻉ ﰲ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻣﺎﳛﻘﻖ ﺍﳌﻄﺎﻟﺐ‬ ‫ﺍﳌﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻻﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻭﻣﺎ ﳛﻘﻖ ﺍﳌﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺣﻴﺔ ﻣﻌﺎ ﻭﳍﺬﺍ ﻭﺟﺪﻧﺎ ﰲ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﺭﺑﻄﺎ ﺑﲔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻹﳝﺎﻧﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﳑﺎ ﻳﺪﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺯﻥ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻣﻨﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺮﻍ ﻟﻠﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ‪.‬ﺑﻞ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﲨﻊ ﺑﲔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ‪ ،‬ﻓﺄﻭﺟﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻻﺑﺘﻐﺎﺀ ﻣﺮﺿﺎﺓ ﺍﷲ ﺃﺛﺎﺑﻪ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻳﺎ‬ ‫ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ‪ .‬ﻭﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﳒﺪ ﺃﻥ ﺍﷲ ﺣﺮﺽ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﻧﻨﺸﺎﺭ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻻﺑﺘﻐﺎﺀ ﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫ﺑﻌﺪ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ‪ .‬ﰒ ﺇﻥ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻗﺪ ﺟﻌﻞ ﺍﻻﺗﻘﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﳋﲑ ﻋﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﻳﺜﺎﺏ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ‪ .‬ﻓﺸﺮﻉ‬ ‫‪SULIT‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺰﻛﺎﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﺪﻗﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻜﻔﺎﺭﺍﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﺬﻩ ﻛﻠﻬﺎ ﺗﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﺍﻧﻔﺎﻕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻐﲑ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﳝﻠﻜﻪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺩ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺧﺼﺎﺋﺺ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺯﻥ ﺑﲔ ﻣﺼﻠﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺩ ﻭﻣﺼﻠﺤﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﳉﻤﺎﻋﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﺎﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻳﻘﺮ ﺃﻥ ﻟﻜﻞ ﺇﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺩﻭﺍﻓﻌﻪ ﻭﺭﻏﺒﺎﺗﻪ ﺍﳋﺎﺻﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﺼﻠﺤﺘﻪ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺩﻳﺔ ﻟﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﺘﻔﻘﺔ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺼﻠﺤﺔ ﺍﳉﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﰲ ﻛﻞ ﺍﻷﺣﻮﺍﻝ‪ ،‬ﻓﻮﺍﺯﻥ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﺑﲔ ﺍﳌﺼﻠﺤﺘﲔ ﺣﱴ ﻻ‬ ‫ﺗﻄﻐﻲ ﺇﺣﺪﺍﳘﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﻣﻈﺎﻫﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻗﺮﺭ ﺃﻥ ﻣﺎ ﳝﻠﻜﻪ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺩ ﻻﳚﻮﺯ‬ ‫ﻏﺼﺒﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﺪﺍﺀ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﰲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﺣﺘﺮﺍﻡ ﻟﻠﻤﻠﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺩﻳﺔ ‪.‬‬ ‫ﰒ ﻗﺮﺭ ﺍﻧﻪ ﻻ ﳚﻮﺯ ﳌﺎﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺸﻰﺀ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﻣﺎ ﳝﻠﻜﻪ ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺗﺴﺒﺐ ﺍﻟﻀﺮﺭ ﻟﻶﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﳉﻤﺎﻋﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﰲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﺮﺍﻋﺎﺓ ﳌﺼﻠﺤﺔ ﺍﳉﻤﺎﻋﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫‪. ١‬ﺍﺫﻛﺮ ﻣﻈﻬﺮﺍ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻈﺎﻫﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺯﻥ ﺑﲔ ﺍﳌﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺣﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ؟‬ ‫‪. ٢‬ﳌﺎﺫﺍ ﺣﺮﻡ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺮﻍ ﻟﻠﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ ؟‬ ‫‪. ٣‬ﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﻘﺘﻀﻲ ﺍﻻﻧﻔﺎﻕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻐﲑ؟‬ ‫‪. ٤‬ﱂ ﻟﹶﻢ ﻳﻌﺘﺪ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﳝﻠﻜﻪ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺩ ؟‬ ‫‪. ٥‬ﻣﺎ ﺿﻮﺍﺑﻂ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﳌﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺩﻱ ﰲ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ؟‬ ‫‪. ٦‬ﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﺧﺼﺎﺋﺺ ﻟﻼﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ؟‬

‫)ﺏ( ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺮﺝ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﻄﻌﺔ ﺍﻵﺗﻴﺔ ﺃﺭﺑﻊ ﺃﻓﻜﺎﺭ ﺭﺋﻴﺴﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫ﺍ‪‬ﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﳌﺎﻟﻴﺰﻱ ﻳﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺪﺓ ﺃﺟﻨﺎﺱ‪ .‬ﺍﳌﻼﻳﻮﻳﻮﻥ ﺍﻷﻛﺜﺮﻳﺔ ﰒ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﻨﻴﻮﻥ ﰒ ﺍﳍﻨﻮﺩ‬ ‫ﲜﺎﻧﺐ ﺍﻷﻗﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﻧﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺩﻳﺎﻥ ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺃﺩﻳﺎﻥ ﻳﺪﻳﻦ ‪‬ﺎ ﺳﻜﺎﻥ ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺰﻳﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺩﻳﻦ ﺭﲰﻲ ﻟﻠﺪﻭﻟﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﲨﻴﻊ ﺍﳌﻼﻳﻮﻳﲔ ﻳﺘﺪﻳﻨﻮﻥ ﺑﺎﻹﺳﻼﻡ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﻨﻴﲔ‬ ‫ﻓﻴﻌﺘﻨﻘﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻮﺫﻳﺔ ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﻴﺔ ﺍﳍﻨﻮﺩ ﻳﻌﺘﻨﻘﻮﻥ ﺍﳍﻨﺪﻭﺳﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﻟﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺰﻳﺎ ﳎﺘﻤﻌﺎ ﻣﺘﻌﺪﺩ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺟﻨﺎﺱ ﻭﺍﻷﺩﻳﺎﻥ ﻭﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﲣﺬﺕ ﻋﺪﺓ ﻣﺒﺎﺩﺉ ﻟﻠﺮﺑﻂ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻷﺟﻨﺎﺱ‬
