WHAT IS TRIANGLE?
In Triangle, where area covered by three sides or as we can say these are noncollinear points A,B,C which are not in straight line form a triangle.
SCALENE TRIANGLE
A triangle whose all sides are unequal in length.

Draw the line from point B to point C. The resultant figure is a triangle.
PROPERTIES OF SCALENE TRIANGLE • The sum of angles of triangle is equal to 180 degree. • The sum of two sides is greater than the third side of triangle. • The sum of external angle of triangle is equal to the sum of alternate interior angles.
The sum of angles of scalene triangle is equal to 180 degree
STEP 1. Draw a triangle on a paper and name its angles by 1,2,3.
The sum of angles of scalene triangle is 180 degree.
STEP 2: With the help of scissor cut the triangle into three parts so that every part has an angle.

• STEP 3. Draw a line POQ and adjust all these parts on point O so that vertex of each angle is right on the point O. combining the three angles make a straight line POQ. • A straight line has an angle of 180 degree.
The sum of external angle of scalene triangle is equal to the sum of alternate interior angles.
Draw a triangle ABC and make its external angle ACD at its vertex C. Show its internal angles by 1,2,3.
The sum of external angle of scalene triangle is equal to the sum of alternate interior angles.
With the help of scissor cut angle 1 and angle 2 as shown in picture and adjust it on angle ACD You see that angle1 + angle2 = angleACD
The sum of two sides is greater than third side of scalene triangle.
Draw a triangle ABC and its sides are AB=4CM,AC=5CM and BC=6CM. AB+BC>AC means 4+6>5 which is true.
