The meeting was called to order by Mayor Knoll at 7:05 p.m.
Agenda 15.2009 Minutes 16.2009
Helmuth: That the agenda for the January 19, 2009 regular meeting be accepted. CARRIED. Reimer: That the minutes of the January 5, 2009 regular meeting be adopted. CARRIED.
December Payroll 17.2009 Corbett: That the payroll for December in the amount of $25,790.37 be accepted. CARRIED. December Bank Reconciliation & Financial Statement 18.2009 Janzen: That Council accept the December bank reconciliation and financial statement as presented. CARRIED. January List of Accounts 19.2009 Hinz: That Council approve the January list of accounts, cheque numbers 8677 to 8804 in the amount of $170,598.43. CARRIED. Administrator Holidays 20.2009 Corbett: That the administrator’s holidays of

Correspondence 22.2009 Reimer: That the following correspondence be received and filed for information: a) Tri-City Surveys Ltd. b) RM of Rosthern c) Website Report CARRIED. Fire/Rescue Application 23.2009 Hinz: That Daniel Roth’s application for the Fire Department and Rescue Squad be accepted. CARRIED. Letter to MLA – SaskPower Rate Increase 24.2009 Janzen: That Council correspond to Denis Allchurch, MLA in regards to the SaskPower rate increase and the effect on parks and recreation facilities. CARRIED. Adjourn 25.2009
