Analysis 1) Capturing Youth – Mark Twain wrote this story in the 1850’s about life as a kid at that time in American History. His intention was to create a timeless story of youth. Do you think he did a good job of describing the life of a child? Were there any parts of the story that you could identify with your own childhood?
