To install the Novell Client: Insert CD in D: drive. Browse to D:\Novell Client\English\WINNT\i386. Double click, setupnw.exe.
At the Software License Agreement screen, click on Yes.
At Novell Client Installation, select “Custom Installation”; click on Next.
At Select Components screen; to accept the default setting, click Next.
At the Additional Products screen; remove the checkmark from “Novell Modular Authentication” (NMAS).
The Checkmark will move to “Novell International Cryptographic Infrastructure” (NICI). Click Next.
Accept the default of IP only, click Next.
Accept the default of NDS Netware 4x or later. Click Next.
Click Finish. Wait while files transfer….
At the Installation Complete screen; remove the CD then, click Reboot. The PC will reboot and open to the following screen.
At the Novell Client Login screen: enter your user name and password. Click on Advanced.
In the field; Click on, OK.
Tree: Context Server
enter CO enter xxx.xxx.D1 10.8.2.90 (pnfpfra001)
You will be authenticated to the server and your login script will run. If the previous instructions fail to log you into Novell You may need to modify the Novell client to login. After the PC reboots go to Red N in the system tray. Right click on the N. Click on “Client properties”. Go to the Tab, “Location Profiles”, click on default and then Properties, click on the NDS tab. Fill in the fields as below… In the field;

enter CO enter xxx.xxx.D1 pnfpfra001
Click on OK 2 times. Go to the tab “Service Location”, in the field “Scope List” enter, default click in the box static to create a checkmark. In the field “Directory Agent List” enter SLPDA and click in the box static to create a checkmark. Click on both Add boxes to move the entries into the large fields below…
Click on OK.
Now try to login to Novell………………….
